But most can be done already with UA, except cardcaster would have to be finesse to get it to work. But I remembered seeing a card based class, the personifier. http://www.dandwiki.com/wiki/Personifier_(5e_Class) [link is broke cause of the ( ) you may want to copy/paste it.] Which is based on tarot cards.
The class is pretty neat, little messy, but neat. the randomness of buffs and such are cool, and every card has a negative effect till lvl 20. The only thing we're changing is that when you switch your main card (if you want) that it's another random card instead of choosing the card you want/need giving the class a great bit of randomness that a class based on cards would be.
The only other way we thought up to make a cardcaster class is to be a sorcerer and roll a die to see what level you'd cast, then roll again to see which spell you randomly cast.
When you want to put a link in, if you click the icon that looks like a chain, it helps make sure the link works properly and you can set different text for the link if you like.
With regards the query on cardcasting .... I played in a game years ago (2nd edition) where a friend played a "Card Caster Wizard" and he managed it fairly simply with roleplay special effects alone. The effect for him casting fireball? He was tossing a card, charged with explosive energy. Magic Missile? He was throwing multiple cards. He self-restricted himself to spells that he felt worked with the card mechanic, so didn't take sleep etc. Worked pretty well!
So, I saw a thread, from facebook, that had about 7 classes that should be added;
