So anyone have any thoughts on this i was bored and thinking about one of my npcs that is a dragon breeder so i made this guy up out of a black and white dragon
I saw that and the description in alot of the pages i looked at had a similar breath weapon. At the end of the day this is a crossbreed. all the sea creature stuff just comes from a combo of the setting Im using them in and the lack in large sea creatures in dnd in general. I want to do more cross breeds but things like red dragons and especially the metallic dragons dont fit well since they are so smart that its not realistic that someone could breed them. in this case im going with the idea that the white dragon was used to dumb down the black dragon to make it easier to tame but to add to its strength and ferocity. kinda the way people attempt to tame foxes and such but in reverse

There are Grey Dragons in the 4E Draconomicon I: Chromatic Dragons supplement, aka Fang Dragons.
You could always flesh this out as a Crossbred dragon, and maybe include a few more, like Red/Blue or Gold/Silver breed mixes?
