So, there is this BEAUTIFUL homebrew race called the Undead created by the user WhiteHotEmber, and I've been trying to use it for the past half hour. The one problem is, I can't.
For some strange reason.
I don't know if it's some kind of bug, but I have the race added to my Collection, but the race doesn't show in my race list. Can someone help me out with this?
Do you have the Homebrew toggle on? If you do, that probably means WhiteHotEmber marked this race as having subraces and then never made them. That would cause the race not to show up.

It has two subraces, so isn't a race that you'd be able to select directly in the character builder. Unfortunately the description of the homebrew doesn't detail these.
The subraces you should see available for selection are:
Warrior Caste (+2 to STR or DEX, and +1 CON)
Noble Caste (-1 to 2 ability scores of choice, +2 to INT or WIS, +1 to CHA)

I always keep it on and there aren't any subraces for it from what I could tell. If that's why it isn't showing up, then that sorta sucks.

Hi there DamascusSteel,
I've had a look at the homebrew race you mentioned: https://www.dndbeyond.com/characters/races/11643-undead

OH! Thank you for that bit of info!

I must be stupid, because after further inspection, I couldn't find either of them. Will continue looking.

At this point, consider contacting the creator about this, they're the person who can help you the most.
