So I've decided that during my free time I will convert the elder scrolls game series setting using d&d 5e as a template. so i started with the races and this is what i got for the altmer. i just want to know does this looks like it stacks up to many other races keep in mind the ability points will act different for customization and every race will get to chose from 12 birthsigns that will give them another ability lets see what you think Altmer ability traits
Ah, yes. That little correction was kind of important. :p
I think it would be more concise if you decided on the primary and secondary ability - or you could divide them in two minor sub-races, one with primary Intelligence, one with Charisma.
And going for a free cantrip, I'd suggest you follow the book's examples: offer the choice of a class' spell list, rather than making specific exceptions. Perhaps, if you do divide them into minor sub-races, one will have the Wizard cantrip list to choose from, and the other will have another? I'd say the Sorcerer, because Charisma, but that's the same list of the Wizard (at least in the core rules). Warlock is likely out (because Eldritch Blast). Perhaps another class that suits the sub-race more accurately? Or you can go Sorcerer regardless and keep it futureproofed.

My mistake i just saw the missing part of the highborn ability that is meant to be once per long rest
