I like the Homebrewery but it does require Google Chrome and even in Chrome, the formatting is finicky. Others use GMBinder which may also require Chrome. D&D Beyond will one day have one but from the way they’ve discussed it, it is a feature that is in the distant future.

At this point I'm pretty sure WOTC all-but confirmed they're not making a homebrew Class creator. The optics that would need to go into this site (or any site) to accommodate any amount of stat-pulling for whatever strange mechanics someone can come up with... it's not feasible for a website to be designed like that. There probably isn't a site in existence that can have that kind of elegant coding to the point that a homebrew Class maker would work.
I'd recommend either sticking to pen &paper, or going with Homebrewery (I've used and love Homebrewery tbh)

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
Ah yes, the *counts up all the ers* distant-er-er-er-er-er-er future. Me personally, I think that dndbeyond is losing subscribers just due to the lack of homebrew classes.
Well that and the few homebrew tools that they do provide are finicky and difficult to use. There's a lot of things I've made for my home games, that just don't seem to plug into the sheets very well. Imo if they want "One D&D" or whatever it is now to be all online they are gonna need a whole new IT crew. The current state of D&D beyond would implode on itself xD
Everyone, I'm a time traveler from the year 2220, they have begun working on releasing a homebrew class maker, it should be ready in the next [ERROR] years.
can anyone recommend a good custom class maker with a table? I've been trying to find one for a while. Thanks in advance!

WHERE SILKSONG
Oh yes, the even more distant-er-er-er-er-er future. Still only subclasses, a few months 'til 2025 :(
The chances are that there will never be homebrew classes on this site. NEVER.

Looks like it is the distant-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er-er future.
2025. Still not distant enough, apparently.
