"And exactly why do you think that is?" Savra snaps back with a glare for the cultist. "Now are you done questioning my instructions?"

Savra waves to the tunnel, then steps inside, leading the way into the tunnel. She closes the gate then leads the way on into the lower levels of the keep.
The dragonclaw gulps. "Of course! Please forgive me, master."
She hesitantly follows Savra into the tunnel, which leads into the dusty crate-filled keep basement. The voices of the guards on duty and citizens can be heard from out the door. It's obvious that she's quite scared and looks to Frulam for any clue as to what they're doing.

Savra gives no explanation, but continues on up towards the keep. she stops prior to entering though. "Best not go in like this..." She comments, and waves a hand, as if doing something magical, causing her cloak to return to black. She pulls the hood up and glances to the cultist. "Let us go then." She takes the lead, making sure her back is to the cultist, and her face hidden from view. Then she changes her form into Savra again, stepping into the busier area of the keep as she does so.

Next bit will depend on if the cultist follows her or not, so waiting on what they do first.
The cultist is alarmed when Frulam appears to just walk into the crowded keep. She decides to doff her cult overrobes, entering the keep wearing her white undershirt and leaving her scimitar in the basement.
Both the dragonclaw and Savra's arrival doesn't attract much attention, as for some reason a lot of people are gathered on the battlements and watching something. The confused and afraid dragonclaw manages to fit in among the crowds.

Savra would now seek out a large group of soldiers and, making sure the dragonclaw cannot simply run back the way they came, have the soldiers take them prisoner. What sorts of rolls do you wish for this all?
In approaching the soldier under the dragon claw's watch, make a stealth check (DC 10) to prevent her from realizing that Savra has changed form. Make a persuasion check (DC 13) to convince the soldiers that the dragon claw is a threat and to abandon their current tasks to arrest her.
If you can also succeed on a deception check (DC 20), you would also have done the above in such a subtle manner to guarantee success.

Savra keeps her hood up and pulled tight, her back to the dragonclaw as they walk on through the keep. Spotting a group of soldiers, keeping watch at one of the interior gates, she moves over and past them. As she brushes up next to one she whispers low enough the dragonclaw cannot hear. "I am being followed by one of the cultists from outside, please help..." The guard frowns at her for a long moment, clearly uncertain if he should believe her or not, but then he glances to the dragonclaw and realization comes into his eyes.
As the guards quickly surround the dragonclaw, weapons drawn and ready, Savra continues onward. She calls over her shoulder, using the voice of her mortal enemy once again. "Fool. I should have picked a more competent underling to aid me." Turning a corner, out of sight of the guards and dragonclaw, she tosses back her hood and smiles to herself. Two jobs done, the temple no longer in danger and a leader among the cultists taken prisoner. She sighs and heads back up to find the leader of this village, wanting to find out why all of the people in the keep were gathering and what they were watching.
There's a brief struggle as the guards descend on the dragonclaw. She barely has time to react as she's pinned and manacled, and several cult icons found on her person prove her guilt.
On the battlements, the people of the keep watch in horror as a group of villagers are dashing from the temple to the keep. Unfortunately, it would appear the actual Frulam Mondath has reinstated the attack on the temple, but Savra's actions have given an opening for about a dozen brave townsfolk to make a break for safety.
Finding Governor Nighthill, Savra watches him order for the portcullis to be raised as the escapees rush inside. Despite being relentlessly pursued by kobolds, they all make it inside safely. Then, the governor turns to Savra.
"Your actions today are nothing short of impressive. Not only have you managed to capture a prisoner, but you've also helped rescue many more of our people."
He watches sadly as the temple finally begins to ignite into flames.
"Yes, we couldn't save all of them. Still, Greenest is indebted to you. Now would you like to accompany me to interrogate this prisoner you have brought?"

The governor points to a makeshift mess hall, where some civilians have set up a soup kitchen.
"Yes, you may rest there. Still, it appears to be quieting down out there. We're not out of the woods yet, though."
He leaves to interrogate the dragonclaw.
Savra may take a short rest. There's plenty of people to talk to, including Linan and her family as well as the guards who accompanied her earlier. Also, if she wishes she can listen in on the rumors the new arrivals brought into the keep, or watch the interrogation.

Savra figures she knows more about the cult of the dragon than a lowly dragonclaw would know. She decides to listen in on rumors in the mess hall as she rests.
Savra learns about the details of the villagers' mad dash from the temple. Apparently, just after they ran, Frulam Mondath returned to the temple with another group of raiders. She was obviously fuming, as there were rumors of several executions for disobeying orders. Apparently, she was yelling something about "liars or illusionists."

Savra finds a place to just sit and relax, and let the weariness be pushed back just a bit. She doesn't have anything she wishes to speak with these commoners about, so would not try to start up any conversations. She would listen, as it would be sheer ffoolishness not to, but wouldn't press for anything further.
Despite Savra's reluctance, there's a steady stream of townsfolk who approach her to say their thanks. Linan and her family gives her several small gifts, including a few trinkets belonging to their children as well as a tarnished gold ring.
"It's the least we could do," Linan offers. It's quite old though, worth only about 25 gp.
There's a few streaks of light in the dark sky- day is approaching. However, the raiders decide to make a final appearance
From the darkness, a creature strides into the dim light of the dying fires around the keep. Although it is shaped roughly like a human, it is at least seven feet tall, its skin is covered in blue scales, its fingers bear wicked claws, and its face has the muzzle and reptilian eyes of a dragon. A half-dragon, though unfortunately not the one on Gin's hit list, Rezmir. The creature stops about eighty yards from the main gate of the keep and scans the walls. A line of kobolds fans out behind it. With their spears, they prod four human prisoners into the dim light. You can make out a woman, a teenage boy in a blood-soaked tunic, and two children. Then the half-dragon creature hails the keep.
"Defenders of Greenest! This has been a successful night, and I am feeling generous. Do you see these four pitiful, useless prisoners? We have no need for them, so I will trade them back to you. Send out your best warrior to fight me, and you can have these four in exchange."
There's a bit of commotion in the keep as a guard, seeing the bound prisoners, rushes forward but is restrained by his comrades. Meanwhile, Governor Nighthill appears to try to calm him down, but he flashes a desperate look at Savra, beckoning her to come speak with him.

She sighs though, knowing she has little choice in the matter. She has set herself on this path, and there is nothing for it but to pay the price of her actions that have led to this point. "I will step out there, but I will tell you I won't be able to take him out, surviving the battle is the best I can hope for..."

Nighthill nods with evident gratitude. The gates open, and kobolds jeer as Savra strides out to the torch-lit entrance. The blue half-dragon grins.
"A champion has stepped forward? And no weakling as well. Aren't you the half-elf that's been causing so much trouble for us?"
The half-dragon frees the imprisoned children, who run crying into the keep, leaving the captured woman.
"This one will stay until our duel is complete. Are you ready?" he says, as he draws an enormous golden greatsword.
