Eskee will head back to Stun and Maverick, drop invisibility, and tell them what he’s heard. If the rest of the gold hasn’t been moved to the vault Eskee will help them move it.
Maverick looks around, " do any if you have a spell that will alert us if the Orcs try to leave? Eskee can you open and shut that door whenever you want? It might be safer if we shut ourselves in. What do you think? I just dont want to wake up and them be gone and us not knowing where they are."
“I don’t have a spell the can alert usss when they leave. I believe I can open and close the door at will. Also, you make a valid point Maverick about them leaving on us. Perhapsss, we would be better off sealing the gold in the vault, sleeping near the Orcs, and just keeping a watch.” Eskee says.
" I like it Eskee, secure the gold and I have no problem makeing each of us a bed in the trees, you know out of the Orcs reach, but close enough to hear their movement. I say we sleep in different trees and spread out around them in a triangle formation. That way if they try to leave at least one of us will hear them no matter which direction they go. Whatcha guys think?"
Okay. So, you all climb out of the dragon's den. Presumably, Eskee shuts the door behind you as he leaves. You each find a tree in which to sleep near the orcs camp. The night goes by without incident and you each get a long rest.
The next morning, Eskee is awakened by the sound of several figures trying to walk stealthily through the forest, approaching the orc camp. You recognize Sir Gladmore and his four guards: Monty, Duane, Trey, and Kotter.
Monty takes point, followed closely by Sir Gladmore and Duane. Trey and Kotter bring up the rear. Trey disappears into the bushes while the others go barreling towards the orc camp.
Several orcs awaken at the sound of Sir Gladmore and his guards clad in their noisy chain mail armor. Monty and Duane hesitate when they notice you, Eskee, up in the tree.
Meanwhile, Trey has found Maverick's tree and crouches down to get cover in case the orcs start shooting arrows at them.
Monty looks up at Eskee and tries mouthing something to him. "What are you doing up there?" he asks quietly. Without waiting for an answer, Monty directs Sir Gladmore's attention to Eskee's tree. Sir Gladmore motions for you to climb down and join them. Kotter and Duane move closer to the orc camp.
Meanwhile, Trey is watching to see if anymore orcs have been awakened by all the noise the guards are making.
The two orcs seem to be having an argument. Do you speak orcish?
Nope, I do not speak Orcish.
OOC: I really feel like I should have seen this coming. Lol
Okay. You pick up a few words spoken in common, such as "humans" and "elves", but nothing that really tells you what they are arguing about.

Okay. So, are you going to camp out in the dragon's den or on the surface with the orcs?
OOC: I would think we camp out in the den. What do you guys think?

Do you guys have any way of getting in touch with Kotter or Sir Gladmore when they arrive in the morning?
OOC: I know i don't lol, maybe Maverick can get one of his little friends to send a message to them.
Stun will say to the group, "That's a great idea, Maverick. Last thing need is for them to ambush us while we sleep."

That sounds like a good idea.

Stun replys, "I slept in worse places, sounds like a good idea."
