"I don't have much left that I can do for your pops right now. I'm all out of my healing -" Suddenly remembering, Kha digs into his bag and pulls put a healing potion. The cleric kneels, rolls the dwarf upon his back and slowly begins to pour the liquid into his mouth.
The color starts returning to his cheeks and he sputters as he awakens. He shakily gets up and looks at the remains of the revenant and then back the ghostly Lady Elowyn "I have failed you my daughter. Its all over."
As he speaks Lady Elowyn looks up at something unseen. "I...I think this is goodbye"She shields her eyes as if looking at something bright. She begins to rise in the air.
You see another spirit rise from the remnants of the revenant. A malevolent reddish hue.
It pounces on the Dwarven man and begins possessing him
Lady Elowyn stops "Do not do this. I can help you"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Roxaria watches in horror as the dwarven man appears to be getting repossessed by the creature they just dispatched. She approaches the dwarven man and shouts, “I implore you to stop, spirit! Lady Elowyn insists she can help you. You appear agitated, but if you believe Lady Elowyn is unable to help with your troubles, then let us help her help you. What is it that vexes you? Just, please stop possessing that Dwarven man!”
Seeing the spirit trying to latch onto the dwarven man, Kha says a quick prayer for Kord's blessing and scrapes himself up off the floor having been trying to take a moment to rest after defeating the revenant. "Unh-uh! No way! I don't think you want to do that."The orc trys to put mass between the dwarf and the spirit. "We took care of you once, and we'll do it again!""If you're wanting vengeance so bad, why don't you take someone who has the same fire inside them... " He hesitates and glances back to his companions. "You help me get mine, I'll help you get yours."
The menacing spirits howls in rage as it is pushed out of your body Kha.
Lady Elowyn seeing Kha in distress rushes over and scoops the spirit up as if picking up an unruly child. She tries to pull the spirit and her into the afterlife.
Everyone hears the loud clang of a mighty hammer on an anvil.
Lady Elowyn pleads for the spirit "Please Moradin, he should also find peace." She cocks her head as if listening to something. "Is that the only way. Then I am willing to do it"
A flash of light momentarily blinds everyone.
Once everyone can see again you see Lady Elowyn in the flesh, clad in armor and missing her left arm. The red of her hair changes into white and her skins is a pale as snow. Her eyes are also white. She stands and touches her father healing him and then she touches Kha. You feel warmth and a feeling of energy suffuse your body.
"Father, its alright. The spirit is gone in a sense"
Her father stairs in disbelief "What has happened to you my daughter"
Lady Elowyn gives him a warm hug "Father I won't be able to see you again. It is a price you must pay"She turns and leaves the Sanctum with tears in her eyes.
Her father looks to each of you saddened "I know this is Moradin's will and at least she lives again. Can you please keep an eye on her from time to time. I can reward you." He pulls out a chest underneath the desk "I am Lord Tibirith of Uthodurn. If you ever need anything come find me in Uthodurn"
“Yes, sir. We will gladly do what we can and within our utmost capabilities. We thank you for the gifts and we will certainly seek you out in Uthadorn should we need to find you in the future.”
Roxaria humbly bows her head in respect to Lord Tibirith. She looks at the gifts and ensures her party gets what they need first before accepting anything.
Lord Tirbirith turns and grabs his fallen book. He begins chanting and a mystical circle appears on the floor. In the next moment he vanishes.
Out of the sanctum the room transforms back to how you found it with the thick hide flaps. You can hear the sounds of the blizzard raging right outside.
Kha walks quietly back to the campsite as his mind still reals from the ordeal of having the spirit of the revenant briefly. He sits down next to Lady Elowyn and pulls out his waterskin, wishing he had something stronger. "I'm sorry, Lady, I tried. I guess that ghost didn't want to hitch a ride with me."He drinks deeply.
"I thank you for trying, but that was really risky. Don't worry that spirit won't be harming anyone." She lightly touches her amulet. "You see the spirit is with me. I was tasked to be its guardian until it is willing to let go and find peace. Now I am not sure where should I go" she lets out a small laugh "I guess this blizzard gives me some time to think." She then looks over to Kha "What brings you out here in the middle of nowhere?"
Roxaria watches as Lord Tibirith vanishes. She stands silently staring at the empty circle and listens to the winds blowing and the thick hides flapping keeping the blizzard out. She turns to see Kha sitting at the campfire with Lady Elowyn. She picks up the odd sphere from the chest and sits down next to Reginald, “How are you doing? That was one crazy fight.”
She hands Reginald the sphere, “Any idea what this is?”
This small sphere of thick glass weighs 1 pound. If you are within 60 feet of it, you can speak its command word and cause it to emanate the light or daylight spell. Once used, the daylight effect can't be used again until the next dawn.
You can speak another command word as an action to make the illuminated globe rise into the air and float no more than 5 feet off the ground. The globe hovers in this way until you or another creature grasps it. If you move more than 60 feet from the hovering globe, it follows you until it is within 60 feet of you. It takes the shortest route to do so. If prevented from moving, the globe sinks gently to the ground and becomes inactive, and its light winks out.
Turns out he can't (nat 1). He tries to wake him up by gently slapping him in his face, unfortunately......

It stops and turns to Kha. The spirit starts pouring itself into Kha and you begin to lose consciousness as the spirit overtakes your mind and body.
Its like fighting against a raging wave. Soon you may lose who you are and become something else.
Black veins begin sprouting across Kha's body

The chest is filled with 100 gp bag of 5 gems worth 25 gp each, 3 health potions, and Sphere of unknown origin
