Roll perception to see if he could feasibly guide another through the water to the currents and speed them up to the surface 16
The currents are ever changing color, but it could be possible if luck and timing is right to catch the purple current. You notice the other colors are blue and orange
While waiting for the group to be together, Sparhawk will continue to examine the statues, waiting for a detect magic from a Reginald. He’ll look for any signs of scratches on the floor if the statues have been moved (maybe a passage under one of them)
Reginald moves up, attempting to discern any magic (Schools and where its emitting from) up to 30'. He'll then stop the ritual casting and cast mage hand and send it where Bjorn directs him to. "The hand can only go up to 30 feet from me, but an can alter myself to take aquatic form for up to an hour in the meantime to get close enough, if need be."
Reginald looks at the end of the pole, "Sorry, my training didn't include any alchemy or herbalism."
Frangipani swims towards the wrecked boat, floating suspended in the water. (How close are you intending to get?)
the colored currents weaving in and out at different levels of the water. The fish and other life begin to filter back down towards the room paying her no mind

Frangipani shrugged, she had confidence Sparhawk would work things out.....maybe Bjorn.....possibly Vars......or the new guy....he smelled a bit like ham....
" I want to see the boat!", she grinned and kicked toward the suspended boat.

You detect conjuration magic from the gems on the statues and the aquarium itself. There is residual magic essence where the entry to the kitchen should be, but it is faint. as you send the magic hand into the pipe, you notice a steady trickle of an oily substance coming out of the pipe. The hand goes in about 9’5” before touching a squishy surface

once you get closer, Frangipani will begin to recognize the boat, she has seen this one before, in a painting. As you and Lir get closer you see some of those glowing blobs spread out above the ship and a few nearby. Just sort of hanging out, drifting in the currents

If a crowbar would help to chisel away, he will use it as well. (Can do a strength check (May still have bull strength up?) (Wanna check the strength and thickness of these walls.)
