(We were using a torch and the light of the crystals to see, right?)
Disoriented by the surge of water, Bjorn looks down at the the potion that's just appeared in his hand. He brings it up close to his face, squinting in the sudden darkness. Finally recognizing, he removes the cork with his teeth, hoping to keep the contents from spilling out into the water, and drinks what he can of the potion.
Still somewhat unsure of his location, he doesn't try to move yet. He searches the darkness for the strange orbs that the druids mentioned.
Sparhawk struggles with the weight of his armor, but gets into a groove and powers himself upward in the water 30’. He sees Lir swimming in his direction from up above.
A second after drinking down the raspberry flavored potion, you feel your lungs relax and breath in the water like air. It’s a curious sensation but you feel more confidence knowing you won’t be drowning…at least not today.
(2 when the timing is right) Sparhawk will motion to Lir when he gets closer that he has no air, by taking his hand and crossing it over his neck and shaking his head (No). He will point at Vars and Reginald, shaking his head (No), and gesture that they need help before him as best he can. He will continue swimming up, hoping Lir will understand and help the others before him.
[I'm basing the following on my interpretation of this - If you cast this spell multiple times, you can have no more than two of its non-instantaneous effects active at a time, and you can dismiss such an effect as an action.]
Lir as a bonus action drops his Giant Sea Horse shape, then casts Shape Water, inverting a 5 foot cube of liquid around Vars and Reginald.
Once completed he will do the same around Sparhawk.
Two bubbles of air surrounding the three party members are floating in the deluge.
Vars curses mentally about wasting the bomb. That would have been so useful elsewhere... He shakes his head, forcing himself to focus. If he drowned here, it won't matter whether or not he'd saved the bomb. So he begins swimming upward.
When the bubbles form around him and his comrades, he gasps and gives Lir a look of surprise but he doesn't say anything. Instead, he takes a breath and presses on, swimming upwards. All the while thinking to himself about how he left his life as a pirate just to die in the deep anyways.
(If talking is allowed in the air bubble) While waiting for everyone to catch up and get their bearings and making sure everyone is ok, Sparhawk catches up Lir on the events in the room with the strange little oily men and them crushing the gems, releasing the spell. He asks "Lir, did you and Frangi find anything in the ship, especially the fish shaped amulet from the pictures in the cookbook, or a locked chest (as we have a key). Also is there a way out of this place?"
He will also secure all of his belongings, especially his weapons and backpack and make sure a javelin is available in case he needs an underwater weapon for sharks and such.
Lir is able to enter the bubble with his head and explains that they did not find the amulet described - they found some loot, and a horde of aggressive skeletons though. The water level should be lower if there is air to breath above, like a cavern roof.
"If you swim, aim for purple patches. Much faster."
Ok here is the map. You are currently at the 25’ mark in the white zone at the bottom. Each time you move you need to roll a d20 which will determine which color of current you end up in. Each color has an effect. As Lir pointed out, the purplish one gives a boost. Establish a swim order and you can begin the trek upwards towards freedom
Vars curses their luck, and the fact that he will have to thoroughly dry all of his weapons to avoid rust and ruining his bowstring. At least it didn't seem like they were going to die yet. Taking a breath, he presses on, moving up to the next bubble and so on.
If he can get in front he will...but if it seems that staying behind Lir makes it easier for the druid to create the bubbles he will stay behind him.

Okay, thats weird. I reloaded the page to see Frangipani's post, and it gave me the cursed red flag lol. I was going to say that it was a 13, but it seems that quoting it shows its original roll.

(How far apart are the party members from one another)

(Thanks)
( Missed a bit in the last 12 hrs it seems....uh....Eelgipani Dex Save: 16...looks like Lir has the spellcasting in hand)

A very large snaggletoothed green eel nodded awkwardly at Lirs words.

Sparhawk does a double take as he keeps swimming up and putting his head in Lirs bubble. “Frangipani, Is that you?”
*Eel-shrug*

( Just to check where is the ship/remains of the ship currently? And is it worth heading in and finding our octopus friend?)

The ship is down at the 150’ mark where it’s icon is on the map
