Sparhawk would be somewhere around d26, as he came up the cliff after Vars and Sorsha. He will start heading for the rocks at e24 to see if he can use them if anyone is scaling the cliff.
Vars watches as Bjorn chooses his own path up the other slope, he doesn't have a problem with this, but still... He turns to Sorsha, "Perhaps we should have discussed a signal or something...unless we are just going to launch our attacks whenever we feel like it." He looks back to where Bjorn has taken up his position, then back to his other comrades, "Who wan't what target? We should probably try to eliminate that minotaur quickly, but I have a feeling that Bernard is going to high tail it out of here as soon as he can if he feels threatened. So perhaps we should aim for him first? Cripple him enough that he won't just run off, then focus on the others?"
Here is the map with locations where we will begin. Nobody was detected except for invisible Ruhm shaking bushes. They still can’t see what he is, only that the bushes are shaking. Ruhm will go with Sorshas initiative. If you manage to get to your attack without detection you will get advantage on your attack, but not a special round to keep it simpler. At your current positions only Bjorn has good line of sight. Take your height and landscape into account.

Bjorn mutters a small, half-hearted prayer to Tymora and draws back his magic bow.
[The minotaur has the contraband strapped to him? If so, I'm shooting at him.]
[It's well within 150ft, so a straight roll. If I'm an unseen attacker (advantage), Attack: 24 Damage: 9. If they can see me though, then it's Attack: 10 Damage: 5. They're not looking up here, but I'm not exactly concealed either, so idk.]
Then he lopes over to X16, hoping to break line of sight. Arrows: 4

Bjorn sends his blessed arrow streaming into the back of the Minotaur, who bellows in pain, dropping the travois he was trying to attach to the horse.
Vars uses Hunters Mark on the Minotaur, then looses his first arrow, and a second arrow in quick succession. (Dread Ambusher)
LongbowAttack: 20 Damage: 9
Hunters mark: 2
Longbow2: Attack: 12 Damage: 11
Hunters mark: 1
(the second attack has an extra 1d8 from dread ambusher.)
You can’t see your target from where you are positioned. You would need to have moved to the edge in order to gain line of sight over the smaller trees at the bottom. So indicate where you moved to effect this attack.
(Oh, oops) Vars moved to crouch down at E20. He’s making himself lower so it’s harder for the enemy to shoot back at him.
Perfect.
Vars uses his hunters talent to mark the mighty Minotaur as his quarry. He looses the first arrow which finds its mark into his shoulder at the same time Bjorns arrow hits him in the back. The Minotaur shrieks in rage and pain as he looks about to see where the attacks have come from. Vars let loose a 2nd arrow, swift as the wind but it ricochets off the chest the beast has strapped on and it sticks into the front of the broken wagon.
( roll stealth to remain unseen)
the Goblin that was focused on the “bear” turns to see what caused his comrade pain. Perception 4.
The goblin can’t determine where the shots were fired from, and not being a fool he will take cover and hide.

Vars curses when his second arrow hits the armor. He should have accounted for his quarry's reaction and adjusted his aim. He ducks down lower, doing his best to use the cliff to his advantage.

Sparhawk takes a running start and heads toward e23 as he carefully aims the long javelin shot. He puts a hunters mark on the Minotaur and let’s loose the javelin. (at long range but advantage?? Not sure how to roll this one. Attack. 11
damage. Attack: 22 Damage: 7 plus hunters mark damage 5
(hunters mRk gives advantage but long range.)
he backs off the edge to gain some cover after the throw.

Sparhawk gives a mighty toss of his javelin towards the Minotaur, which slices a big gash in his side, opening a nasty wound. Blood pours down his side.
(My first attack was my initial attack roll (14+6), then when I entered damage, it did a second roll for attack (8+6), and then damage was 10+ hunters mark of 2 (12) So, if your being nice, you'll take the attack roll of 20 and the damage of 12 for the javelin with hunters mark. Thanks)

Eberk begins turning red at his failure to get up the ledge. He tries again, not worried about stealth anymore.
