Goraseth puts an orc to the ground with his shield bash. Orc is Prone. Tryncaryn gives himself a nice opening for an attack with that overhead hit, and with a kidney shot he must have made some serious internal damage since orc is lying unconscious and a big bruise starts to show on his side.
I will consider Progos attack to be hit before goraseth to not give you disadvantage only because i could not answer earlier. / or whatever your initial roll was better anyway so it would hit even when if it owuld be a straight roll/
You got one orc beaten by tryn/considered unconscious/ One prone and hit by an arrow in front of goraseth, and one not yet touched orc. Summing int up 2 orcs still in the game.
(Progo aimed for the one that wasn't knocked prone. Was hoping to convince the prone one to talk to us again with its friends knocked out but didn't hit as hard as would have liked!)
Tharanau slowly moves backwards (full movement away from orcs), while incantating a cantrip, sending a Ray of frost at the orc already attacked by Progo. (To hit 19 for damage 1)
moving and doing magic at the same time wasn't his strong suit, so even though he manages to hit the target, the ray only did minor damage to the shoulder of the orc. However, the cold did seem to slow the orc down for a bit (10 less movement until begin of my next turn)
Tryn tries to hold onto the orc and grapple him. Athletics: 14 ”If we pin him down, perhaps he’ll stop fighting and we can ask a few questions.”

Orc pinned down bu tryn with assistance of Goraseth struggles a long while, but eventually calms down. He gasps loudly a couple of times. Takes a long pause and speaks in common:
"What do you want?"

"So your the smart one in the group, should have known. All Progo asks is a bit of cooperation." Progo looks to Tharanau as Progo knows he's not the smoothest talker they have and best let everyone play to their strengths in delicate moments like this.
Tharanau looks in surprise to Progo and shrugs his shoulders. Then he stretches himself out and cracks his knuckles. he walks towards the captured orc. "So, this shrine that you have taken, you're a very big group of orcs. Why are you in this area? Has something happened that made you come here and create an outpost?"
(rolled 14 persuasion, in case it was ever needed in the course of this conversation)
"This seems to be a mighty and strong clan of yours. How many warriors are you?" Rolled persuasion again (because of advantage with help from Goraseth): 22
"And know that Progo has seen the lot of you prancing around the place, so Progo already has a good idea what the correct answer is. Also Progo knows its not all one size of you."
Orc warrior grunts and think for a while then responds very slowly with the look of confusion on his face: "Yes we are many warriors. Two ogres are with us, we fight together. We scared off some hummies and bigrats from that place. We had other place but dragon fly close there."

"But did you like the other place better? A whole lot of people aren't comfortable with a dragon around and if your people help getting rid of it, you can return to your old home instead of these mouldy ruins. And humans would have to admit that orcs are fearsome warriors that don't even back up from a dragon. I can see that such a deed could be the birth of the Dragonslayer Clan of mighty orc warriors! And I'm a far seer, you can take my word for it!" Adds Tryn in way of persuading the orc that there could be a brighter future than housing the ruins of an old temple.

Persuasion: 13 ... or help action for Tryn (not sure how you want to rule it)
(If there is a contested roll from the orc, Tryn would use his Portent ability for a d20 roll result of 7 - ability mods still apply.)
Portent (PHB, pg. 116)
When you finish a long rest, roll two d20s and record the numbers rolled. You can replace any attack roll, saving throw, or ability check made by you or a creature that you can see with one of these foretelling rolls. You must choose to do so before the roll, and you can replace a roll in this way only once per turn. Each roll can only be used once.
The two rolls were a 7 and a 6, he would use the 7.
