Hardal takes the jewels and pockets it as he gives his thoughts about Rakish's plan.
"From the looks of it, we all agree to take part of her plan but before we even start it, we should take out the last cart.
Since they were taking their time to set up camp, the elven noble can convince the guards that she overheard their plans of kidnapping her. It will make it more convincing that is the reason she went ahead of them.
As for these jewels, I'll keep it for the time being until we find broker. If it needs to be, we could make this as an investment for her plans."
Hardal then implores the elven woman to enter the covered cart.
"I'll be inside with the noble as I can't transform myself into a different form."
(So as I understand, you all will use the noble's cart to get back into the city, some of you disguised or just in the cart. What does Hardal want to do with the last cart?)
Hardal was planning on framing the last cart for kidnapping since the noble is on their side for the time being. The alibi would be that the noble woman overheard her kidnapper's plans and decided to travel ahead of them.
Most of the members are disguised as guards with the necessary documents and the city guards would probably lean on the noble's words. This is just a suggestion for the group's action since we don't know how long the charm effect would last to her and the time needed to travel to the gates.
(Alright, the trip will take 30 minutes if you're all in the cart. An hour if some of you are outside of the cart. And you'd have to manage to convince the guards that the people in the last cart wanted to kidnap the noble. It is rather strange that they would not persist and just set up camp instead.)
The plan would be ultimately decided by disguised party members since they would be the one talking to the guards with the noble. Hardal can only wait inside the cart and hope for the best.

"Rakish where do you plan on heading off to next, seems a lot of us can't disguise our selves and will need to be in the cart. to avoid any unwanted attention I can travel around to another entrance or find a spot along the wall to sneak through and meet you all later on. Maybe at a tavern?"

Well my idea was that we were part of the caravan or adventures that were walking the last miles with the caravan towards the city and that they discovered the plot to kindap the girl and assasinate the rest of the caravan when the corrupted guards start killing them off. We fought for our lives, tried to save someone and finally managed to save the girl. Rakish got disguised for his like normally arise suspicion, but the rest sounds good too.
" Once we have disscovered who iss behind the attack on the caravan, we can either kill her or him or blackmail for more profit. In the long term I would ssay that killing will be more ssafe for uss. It'ss a losse end in our hisstory and if the taxxess collector issn't worried about hiss enemy he would be more gratefuel when the time to collect our debt comess. Let'ss meet at the Ssyren'ss Lament at the dockss then. What do you ssay?"
"If we can find the one behind the kill paper for the caravan raid or her tax collector uncle immediately, it would be great. The problem is, we need a place for the elven woman to stay while we keep her hostage for the time being.
If we kill her right after we enter the gates, we can proceed to one of our kill papers."
Rakish massage his temples. It seems that he has found a bunch of blood thirsty thugs instead of the smart rogues he was hoping for. Perhaps if he stablish a ilegal arena he could still make a profit of them.
“We are not going to kill her. Neither held her hosstage. We are going direct to her father and wait for her grateful father to pay uss a reward and to offer our aid to find the one behind thiss. Sso we have leverage with him in the future and don’t let loosse endss in thiss eNdeavor. Then we can proceed on other paper and you can go to kill ssomething... “
(Alright, so all set to move out? Rak, Hard, and Val are in the cart with the elven noble. Holissa and Onyx are outside, one of them driving and sitting by each other.)
As you all travel to the city's south gate, you all see that most of the people are gone except for a few drunks or vagrants moving out. The guards are still present there, different from the ones you saw before. Change of the guard, they spot your cart and wave you down. One guard walks up to the side of the cart, "State your business." He looks up to the driver of the caravan (assuming Holissa), "...Have I seen you before?"
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Holissa
Holissa looks down at the man with contempt. "We're bring the lady in to town on very important business, she, and more importantly her father won't look kindly on any delays." She pauses for a moment and looks closely at the guard. "Know me.... Wait, were you the man who attempted to talk to me at a tavern last time I was in town? The one who was so drunk he couldn't talk and then passed out?"
The guard looks away, a red hue upon his cheeks, "Let them through, just an escort.". He doesn't look to Onyx as he didn't want to embarrass himself anymore as he believes Holissa. The other few guards snicker and poke at the man while you all head through the gates.
The noble tells you the way to her home, leading you all down a quiet street with large manors and estates. A few guards roam the streets but don't pay much attention to your group as they see the symbols upon them. She tells you all to stop in front of one of the manors, "This is my home, father should be home at this hour."
The elven woman follows Rakish, still charmed by both Rak and Val. They wait a moment at the door until it is opened by a man in a formal serving attire. The man bows, "Welcome home, Milady." He looks over Rakish, "And who might you be?" The noble waves her hand, "They are to see my father. They have rescued me and expect due recompense." The man pauses for a moment and nods, "Very well, Milady, the lord of the estate is in his foyer. I shall send a servant to tell him of his arrival."

That's how I read it. Holissa is going to disguise herself as a guard. She's pretty much dressed for it anyway.
Pavla's save: 6
Pavla has lost concentration on the Pass without Trace spell, so they shrug and turn into the cat from before, making their way through the gate.
And that's all I have to say about that.

Hardal taps his fist against his open palm after hearing Rakish's plan. A metallic sound reverberates as both gauntlets hit each other.
"That plan of yours... is unexpectadly good. I'll wait inside the covered cart with her while the rest of you get us through the gate."
(Alright, so all set to move out? Rak, Hard, and Val are in the cart with the elven noble. Holissa and Onyx are outside, one of them driving and sitting by each other.)
Holissa is ready, She's new to the city so fairly confident the guards won't know anything about her.
