OOC - I think I verified that you can move 10ft attack, move 10ft bonus action attack, Extra attack, move 10ft 2nd bonus action attack. Here is the thing though...You have an Action to Attack and Extra Attack. You have a Bonus action to two-weapon fighting so no bonus for Flurry of blows since you used it to Two weapon fighting attack. Unless you have a feature or ability that allows it.
So, monk lvl 5 2 attacks per action....then you can choose to use a Bonus action to attack with two weapon fighting and use you off hand attack with no bonus damage, unless you have two weapon fighting style or feat for one more attack or a monk unarmed attack normal damage. You could also use the bonus action to flurry of blows and do 2 more unarmed attacks.
I will apply it this way. You get the 2 attacks for for 7 and 12 then the flurry attacks for 16 and 18 damage. on YP-C first then YP-A if C goes down.
