(OOC: @HunterOrien I took my turn on post 255. I had forgot about being next to a cliff so the movement might be not valid but Gil would have kept moving as far as he could without jumping down.)
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
Morpe walks over to the Grick (To 22,P) before turning into a large multiheaded crocodilian, two heads snapping at the Grick (If either hits the grick is grappled and restrained, with an escape DC of 12, and one head can't bite)
Assuming I'm now at the bottom of the drop I so elegantly tumbled down, I'll dash and move next to Burnic then try a healing word on Orien which would be 11 points of healing

Orien’s shoulder stops bleeding, skin forms and an angry puckered injury is still evident where an arm once was.
The elemental draws back its left arm and nails the Ancient Grick right in its face. A terrible screeching follows as the worm tries to get away from the stony elemental… and is then nailed by the right fist.
the Grick looks bloodied as it trails blood away from the earth elemental.
Kel & Burnic may also take an attack of opportunity. Then it will be
Burnic and Kel both cut the Grick as it passes by them, a flaming dark ball smashes into the Grick…
the Grick try’s to tail slam Morpe the 2-headed crocodile missing then the tentacled head swings in choking Morpes two necks dealing 19 damage causing Morpe to loss his wild shape…
the Grick continues to slither away rather than continue the fight however…
Morpe’s turn if he is still up otherwise Qilana’s turn…
*Oops I forgot to tell you but my second bite grappled the grick so it can't move (or act) until it succeeds the escape dc (12 str or dex it could've done it on it's turn) and is restrained (that also means all attack rolls against it have advantage) (Two-Headed Crocodile - Monsters - D&D Beyond)*
If I'm still able to finish my movement and turn despite my epic fail, I'll move to Burnic, and cast healing word on Orien - 7 points of healing
Initiative.
Kel. 23. Grick. 21. Orien. 17. Morpe. 17.
Qilana. 16 Burnic. 11 Gilxsys. 4.
Qilana falls tumbling to the path below. Standing and limping forward she looks on in horror at the grisly sight… (no further actions).
Kel would be fearing for his life as he saw the creature, he would cry, Grovel and beg.
(everyone has advantage now)
(OOC: @HunterOrien I took my turn on post 255. I had forgot about being next to a cliff so the movement might be not valid but Gil would have kept moving as far as he could without jumping down.)
The Grick slams into the earth elemental flailing with its tentacles and snapping with its beak…
It dislodges a large clod of gravelly soil from the elemental… 36 damage.
Orien’s body is covered in dirt and blood…
Morpe’s turn

Head one: 7, Damage: 6
Head two: 19, Damage: 4
