Irtos and Dirk, you are now charmed by the harpy. Her melody is the most beautiful sound you have ever heard, and you find yourself unable to think of anything else. You are incapacitated and your only desire is to get as close to the source of the music as possible. On your turns, you must move towards the main mast by the most direct route. You may attempt another Wisdom saving throw at the end of each of your turns to try and break the spell.
Onji and Marin, the song sounds like nothing more than annoying screeching to you. You are immune to the Luring Song.
Onji, you are up. Feel free to take your full turn.

OOC I believe I can move and shoot/swing. I assume I can shoot and move? I am not sure how many feet I am away. As I have my bow, I will shoot then get closer to the Harpy. The goal is to get close enough to use my melee weapon. But if the Harpy is up a mast, that may not be feasible? In addition, can I physically be in front of Dirk/Irtos to slow them down?
Onji heard the screech of the monster and quickly donned his armor and headed toward a spot to shoot. Realizing that others have a different taste in music, Onji wants to get a shot off then get closer.
Yes, you can take a normal turn (Action, Movement, etc.). If there were conditions affecting you, I would have specified them like I did for Dirk and Irtos.
Two things to keep in mind:
Distance: The Harpy is 50 feet up in the crow's nest. She is completely out of reach for melee attacks from the deck.
Blocking: Simply standing in front of Dirk or Irtos won't stop them; they are magically compelled to get to that mast and will just walk around you. To actually stop them, you would need to have used your Action to Grapple one of them.
OOC I was thinking more along the lines of slowing them down so it takes additional turns and therefore get more saving throws. But I was misunderstanding so no problem.
Onji just stands a good location with decent sightlines and just shoots his bow. copied from the post #367 before: Attack: 16 Damage: 6
The arrow hits one of the massive wings and the harpy lets out a furious scream. Irtos and Dirk, you feel compelled to keep walking towards the main mast. Please give me another Wisdom Saving throw.
Irtos and Dirk, perhaps thanks to Onji's well-aimed shot, the harpy's song wavers for a second as she screeches in pain. In that moment of distraction, the magical fog lifts from your minds, your mental fortitude returns and you are now immune to the song. You regain control of yourselves again.
Marin moves out of the room he ducked into and fires another arrow at the Harpy.
Attack: 17
Damage: 5 piercing
He then ducks back into the room just out of sight once again.

Enraged by the arrow, the Harpy abandons her perch. She folds her wings and drops like a stone from the crow's nest, snapping them open at the last second to glide the rest of the way. She slams onto the deck, right in front of Onji. "Punish youuu!" she screeches as she attempts to claw the dwarf. Attack: 9 Damage: 4 She then swirls and tries to hit him with her club. Attack: 22 Damage: 5
Onji growls when he feels the hard pounding force of the club against his side. Dropping the bow Onji grabs his warpick and swings at the harpy connecting with a thigh. (Sap=disadvantage against me next attack.
OOC Last bow hit mastery vex gives me an advantage (ignored as 1st roll=20)
Attack roll in log natural 20; damage piercing 10 points.
Irtos starts by backing away from the harpy. Instead of the Sacred Flame she used against the zombies, Irtos says a short prayer while directing her shield at the harpy. A single chime of a dolorous bell is heard by the harpy and everyone within 10 feet of it as Irtos tolls the death of the harpy.
Move: move away from the melee Action: Toll the Dead cantrip - DC 13 WIS save to avoid 4 necrotic damage (rolls in the game log for already injured or not both came out as 4)
