Are there any players and a DM who would like to help me break D&D?

Charis steps back with a smile. "I never expected that the king would want to scrap with someone, even less with someone he summon for a mission. I like that, showing why he's the boss."

The lord dashes forward with insane speed, (Much like Mash Burnedead) and punches Flint, trying to knock him out.

28 for 23 damage

OMG, if that had dealt 3 more damage, it would've instantly killed me. (massive damage rule).

Flint, looking at the chunk of his head that was just knocked off, says "So that's what the inside of my head looks like. Whatever god is in charge of making people did a real screw job-" and he falls and is bleeding.

The lord steps back and casts Revivify on Flint.

"You should speak more carefully from now on." He goes back and sit on the throne.

Charis's face is in awe after such a quick ending of the fight.

"That was...wow...........Right! he needs to stay alive." says before lifting his hand and bright light emanates from it. "You won't be dieing today."  (Healing Word: 9hp, 4+1+4.)

(OOC: I know that it isn't much hp, but it's better than nothing.)

Seeing Flint being revived and healed, Mask comes to help him get up.

"Remarkable." He comments. "You willingly chose to get killed and revived. Hope this is a learning experience."

He turns back to face the king, waiting for the reasons for their summons.

Flint looks dazed, having literally just died after all. "I have seen things no mortal eyes were meant to see... creatures beyond recognition... I have felt ascension..."

After looking dazed a bit longer, Flint snaps out of his near-death trance and tells the king. "Well, you've certainly earned much more than just my respect. Have my apologies, Your Majesty." Flint actually bends down on one knee and looks fairly sincere for once, until getting up with a snarky look on his face. "And also have the knowledge that one day, I will kick your ass. Now, what's this quest that we're here for?"

Peanut stares, her mouth open slightly in shock.

She expected the king to be powerful and skilled... but she never expected to see something like THAT.

She does her best to swallow the lump in her throat and scoots a little bit closer to Charis.

Bob stands a bit straighter, and bows his head in a symbol of ultimate respect 

"Bravo King well fought! Next time he'll give you a better contest!"
