Hearing the coup de grace statements shouted by his mates, are they my mates? I've only known them a couple of days but it seems a lot longerVarinth feels they must have everything under control.

Not beast. NOT BEAST!
Dropping his waterskin (interaction) Strix brings the end of his staff down on Iarno's head - attack 24 for 5 dmg - then follows it up with a stamp 18 for 7
Strix's shout echoes through the room, through the entire complex. And then comes the crack of the quarterstaff, or perhaps better to say the crack of the skull. The body falls, and doesn't move. Iarno Albrek, Glasstaff, the leader of the Redbrands, is dead. The area is suddenly quiet, as the snarling, the spitting, the empty threats and promises of retribution are gone, replaced by an unmoving, unspeaking and strangely unimpressive sack of meat, dropped upon the floor.
Combat is over; you might take a moment to talk to each other about the battle and how it played out, and about what you think you should do next.
Dekhan sheathes his sword and reaches out to grip Strix's shoulder. Well struck, Strix, this miscreant will foul Toril with his presence no longer. Dekhan will take some time to search Iarno's body for clues or items.
Zoria's eyes widen at the sight of the pouch of gold....."That son of a ***** was holding out on us! Didn't he say he had some wine too? I'm sure we could get a pretty penny for those too!"
I believe he said the wine was in the study. Will you divide the gold, Strix? It's all I could find on the wizard. If no one is opposed, I think we should go find Scup and Vaz and see what else this place has in store for us.

Zoria holds up a single hoof toward Strix. "No opposable thumbs my feathered friend. Doesn't look like hoof-shield holding is in my future. Let's branch out and search for Scupper and Vaz. There may also be more people in cages down here. We should free them all if we can."
Zoria proceeds to the study in search of wines, stuffing as many bottles as possible into any pocket or bag she has on her.
Zoria, as you are looking specifically for wine, you find three bottles of fine wine, each worth 10 gold pieces. Scupper is also in the room, his eyes on the large chest at the foot of Glasstaff's bed.
Strix follows Zoria, picking up his waterskin as he goes, briefly shrugging at Varinth as he effortlessly glides over the slightly ranker than he remembers pit.
Edit : (I should mention, he'll have nicked Glasstaff's swanky clothes if they looked like they'll fit. The clothes maketh the man)
Zoria begins shoving wine bottles in her bags. She slowly extends one out to Strix. "Would you like one?" She turns to Scupper. "Well hate to say you missed the fun of beating that ole slaver into a bloody pulp. Well, in all honesty I missed out too, I was just holding and pushing for the most part. Any good loot in here? Anything that looks rich?"
Round Four:
Group A: Vaz and Strix
Group B: Glasstaff, currently prone, grappled and weaponless.
Group C: Dario, Incantis, Dekhan and Zoria. Also, the continuing adventures of Scupper in the wizard's bedroom.
Group A: Vaz and Strix are up. You can do it, Vaz!
Look for “The Continuing Adventures of Scupper in the Wizards Bedroom” coming summer 2019 from Harlequin Press!

Vaz unhooks his wineskin and takes a swig.
Feck you Hole.
Varinth urinates into the pit.
The pit takes it. It's seen worse.

Zoria dusts off her armor. "Looks like we put this beast down. Have we searched this entire hideout? There may be more people locked in cages here?"

Of course, Incantis already has Glasstaff's glass staff.
