Saralyssa goes down as the warrior construct sends a series of devistating strikes her way.
(The first two strikes take her down. Does the third hit her as well after she is down?)
OOC: That is what I was curious about. If the third also hit you, is that one failed death save, or two? I guess it depends on the construct’s “programming” whether it would attack her again after she fell, or if it would have moved to Briga or Griff for the third attack. Distances could also effect those options, I’m not clear on the distance between Briga and Sara/the Construct, at present.
We will probably need the GM to weigh in on those questions, then I can post my action, and then Griff.
Griff might want to provide some healing to stabilize and awaken Sara. Briga has a potion, alternatively. I’ll wait for clarification on the attacks and positioning before posting Briga’s action.
[OOC: Anybody else having problems with the search facility in the forums? All I get are error messages.]
Unable to remember how much the halflings are being paid, Tyrus, says, "I be thinking a share in the profits. After all, you three be the ones doing most of the work around here."

Tyrus Mountson: Lvl 3 Dwarvish Bard; Waterdeep Campaign (Dragon Heist) Nanoc the Younger: Semi-retired Lvl 2 Rogue / Level 2 Barbarian Human; The Knuckle, Mror Holds, Ebberon. The Honourable Jaden Fellan: Level 3 Human Eldritch Knight; Band of Sunswall
AKA: Phillip Berrie: writer, editor and academic thrillseeker—a little knowledge is a dangerous thing.
OOC: In that case, Griffdar would be the one it would attack with the third attack - as Briga is 5 feet back from the rest of the group having taken a step back. The third attack therefore would be Griffdar as the next closest.
"Well unless you pay us at least 100 gold, then your not giving us a better offer," one of the wererats say, still holding it's position ready to attack should things go badly for them.
This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
On her next turn, Briga will move to attack the construct from the reach of her glaive, and will then back off 5 feet. She remains in rage, making use of her bonus action polearm master attack and reckless attack, as the construct appears able to strike the nimblest of them with ease, and avoid most attacks.
First Attack: 14
Slashing Damage: 12
Second Attack: 21
Bludgeoning Damage: 9
Note: For the construct to approach her it will enter her threatened squares which will trigger an opportunity attack via Polearm Master.
When you said that one of the wererats held its position ready to attack, I presume that means it moved to follow Tyrus so that it could stay within melee range.
However, what about the other ones? In the next turn, would it be possible for Tyrus to cast Shatter, which has a 20' diameter area of effect, and catch two or more of the wererats in the blast but not Mairi or himself?
Also, where are we at with the Initiative in the tavern? Does the above movement of the wererat to stay within melee range mean that we are still in the wererat's turn and it is simply waiting for an answer to its 100 gp counter offer, which means Tyrus can only respond with words? Or have we moved on to Mairi's move in the next round?]

[OOC: Tyrus - There is one by you, one behind that one which is the one talking, and two that have made their way around to Mairi - so you can get two with shatter without getting Mairi, and if they attack, you both could be flanked, you get the two approaching you, or the two approaching Mairi, there's about 20 feet between the two groups, however when Mairi pulled out her rapier, the wererats got much more defensive and willing to listen.]
OOC: We might be in real trouble with this construct. Of course, Tyrus and Mairi might be in real trouble with the wererats. This is looking pretty tense, all around! Excited to see how it goes.
Tyrus winces and then, trying to stall for time, asks, "Would that be being 100 gold each, or just a 100 gold for the lot of you? If it be the last, then we might be able to talk. But if it be the first, then lead me to Frewn and I'll be working for him meself."
[OOC: Presuming we are in the wererat's turn in the round (a question that wasn't answered), Tyrus can't do anything else. So he waits to see what the wererats do.]

Mairi doesn't lower her blade for a second! But readying Tyrus intent, if only in part, she refrained from pressing the ratlings any further. But at the slightest twitch of aggression, well.. she could muster up the courage for perhaps a quick lunging attack before they truly struck, but no more... maybe.
(OOC: With a same understanding as Phillb., nothing more there.)

When you realize you're doing too much: Signature.
OOC: Have any of Briga's attacks so hit it, as far as she can tell, and does the construct appear to have been in any way effected by any that did? Even in Rage, she would be trying to gauge whether she is actually landing blows, and if the enemy is reacting to them.
[OOC: Tyrus - the tavern one has gone into social conflict so technically Tyrus hasn't gone yet, so you can make a persuasion check to see what happens. Briga - not got to that point in the initiative yet, still waiting for Griff's post first, and Saralyssa's death save before Briga's attacks would come up. I'll let you know when we get to that part of the initiative order with you guys.]

OOC: Gotcha, so when @YoFizz has an opportunity to post Griff's action, Griff/Briga/Sara (before KO) likely would have been able to note whether any of the prior attacks connected, or seemed to damage the construct, correct? It might influence his action choice. Also Sara being unconscious might influence it.
[OOC: From the Nimblewright's turn from before, if that's what you mean - "As the Nimblewright jumps out Briga is the first to take a shot at the nimblewright using her crossbow, however it dodges out of the way like a professional duelist." I.E - Briga missed.]

OOC: Gotcha, that does make sense, now that I recall the initiative order. OK, so Griff's post is next.
OOC: Sorry I haven't gotten back the last couple of days, my grandfather has been in hospital and so have had to be there for family for the weekend. But I'm back now - as Griff hasn't posted I've had a look to see - right now only Briga has gone this round, so I can't move the Nimblewright encounter forward too much. But I will be able to move the tavern scene further.
"Not each, but with the way you have to ask that, let's make it 150 for the four of us," the wererat tells you, the four of them still with claws ready to pounce at a moments notice.
