As the sailor enters the stores room his eyes widen as he spots Tiro trying to hide behind a sack of beans. However before he can do anything Thrash slams the door shut and hits him from behind with his flail.
Tiro then attempts to drench the sailor in a shower of sun-lit water (DC 13 - Dex = 16) something that the sailor easily avoids.
"I think we might need to take them on now, they are probably going to suspect something's going on. Whoever's closest, take a peek through the door and see if there is any action on deck." says Tiro, "Should we take the body back with the others and head out through the lizardfolk's quarters?"

"Leave body" Thrash would say. "I go... fight.. then come" He would finish pointing to each of his new companions as his eyes narrow. A moment later, Thrash would leave the room, closing the door most of the way once again. After leaving the door open just enough for his friends to peek outside, he would make his way to the fallen sailor. The lizardfolk would not say a word as he approached the injured smuggler. The heavily armored figure would roll its neck and let out a hiss-like sigh. Once next to the sailor checking on his fallen crewman, he would whip his flail around towards the face of the man as quickly as he could.

"Bloody brash young fighters," says Tiro, still chastened from the fight that got them into this mess, "I guess we have to take them front on now." he says as he moves to the door and exits the Galley onto the deck. He keeps his back to the wall and moves left to where he can see Thrash and the sailor clearly, but be partially obscured from the sailors on the top deck. If it is not too windy (wind <10mph), he will cast fog cloud, centred on the centre of the top deck where the three sailors are. If it is too windy, he will cast sacred flame for
damage: 6
on the sailor that Thrash attempted to hit.

As Tiro peers out of the Cabin door just as Thrash starts to leave he realises that the ship is absolutely scudding along being pushed by a freezing cold wind gusting at over 45 mph per hour.
Gilly as the fog cloud is unlikely to go off and I assume that you and Tiro have had some sort of conversation you can retcon your post if you like.

"Well let's get this show on the road then!" Vhon rushes out of the doorway still wearing the pirate to confuse the others, moving over to the side to let Zin and the others get out too, before unleashing a bolt of Eldritch energy at the closest pirate.

If Tiro casts fog cloud, Gilly will use shape water to freeze the foot of fog closest to the deck, hoping it will make the deck slippery.

Shoot. I'm at a bit of a loss. I guess Gilly will wait and do nothing right now.
Hallard will wait and observe from his position.
