Rise of Tiamat (2021-22)

Soar either bends down or moves forward to get visual on whatever was chasing Tangle, aims, and fires two eldritch blastsat armor 1. Then she moves back into cover if she moved or stands up and moves back if not.

Attack: 21 Damage: 5
Attack: 22 Damage: 10

The first bolt of energy misses, flying off into the room behind.

The second hits.  The armour glows for a second, and then the glow fades. It appears to be completely immune.

The armour flies forward and lands with a loud clang before Tangle.

Jalt and Bazavur are up.

Jalt grabs Bazavur by the arm and motions for him to back up behind the Guardian. Jalt then casts Resistance on Bazavur as he tries to lead him backwards. 

Bazavur reluctantly retreats with you.  You go as far as you can without risking the slippery bridge.

The other set of armour also follows Soar, and comes adjacent with its fellow.

Tangle is up.

Finally, Tangle thinks, Jalt has done the smart thing. She ducks and scrambles away from the animated armor, moving backwards into the protective aura of the guardian, tossing her bow at Bazavur's feet and unlimbering her shield, strapping it on quickly. "Come, Soar!" she urges.

Bonus Action: Cunning Action to Disengage
Move: up 15' to stand just in front of the Guardian of Faith, who I believe takes up a space (if not she'll move 20' into its space)
Free object interaction: toss bow at Bazavur's feet, offer him her quiver (if both of those is too much for one set of object interactions, and her 10' of remaining movement isn't enough to sweeten the deal, then she'll just indicate he should snag arrows from her quiver while it is still on her).
Action: strap on her shield, for an effective AC of 20

Reaction: reserved for Uncanny Dodge

Tangle moves, throws, and straps. It's a bit much to pass the arrows as well, but Bazavur will be able to take them with his next action if he wishes.

There is, once again, no sign of LF8.

Soar is up.

Soar uses her action to disengage and then moves back up the stairs 15 feet to tuck inside the radius of the spiritual weapon.

Soar runs.  Carefully.

Armour 2 gives chase. Having no idea what a Guardian of Faith is or does, it runs up to attack Tangle.

It does have advantage on saving throws against spells, so DEX save: 15

That succeeds, so it takes half damage. Though it dodge out of the way to avoid half the damage, you are able to see that it does not resist the damage further - it takes the full 10 radiant damage.  But it's still looking pretty strong. The guardian almost vanishes once again, only faintly visible but standing guard.

Armour 2 attacks:

Attack: 7 Damage: 12

Tangle is dodging skilfully, and didn't even need her shield yet. :)

Bazavur shakes his head at the longbow lying at his feet, and pulls a handaxe from his belt, tossing it at Armour 2, swiftly followed by another identical weapon:

But it seems his recent revival is still leaving a lingering disorientation. Both axes miss their target.

Jalt is up.

Jalt points at Armour 2 and casts Sacred Flame   dex 14 save 6

Armour 2 DEX save: 11  

Armour 2 DEX save 2nd attempt: 20

Jalt, your sacred flame just seems to polish the armour slightly, clearing away some of the dirt and dust that has gathered on the surface.

Armour 1 also approaches, and enters the radius of the Guardian of Faith:  DEX save 18

The armour also takes 10 damage, and also attacks Tangle:

Attack: 13 Damage: 11

One solid hit, and Tangle is up.

Tangle ducks the swings of the first armor, then takes a blow from the second, but dodges uncannily to take only a scratch, while bringing her small shield up to cause another blow to slide away! She slashes at the suit of snakes in front of her!

Reaction from last turn to take half of the 5, so...because of the Round Down rule, she takes 2.

Move: no, for Steady Aim
Bonus Action: Steady Aim, for Advantage
Action: slash at Armor 2 with +1 sabre with Advantage and Sneak Attack damage from Advantage. 24 to hit, for 29 magical slashing damage

Clang! Tangle's scimitar hits, and an echo travels through the space, only slightly deadened by the presence of many writhing snakes filling in the otherwise empty armour. The construct staggers, and though it remains on its feet, you can tell it is beginning to fall apart. Three snakes are knocked loose by the blow; they slither away back down the path at high speed.

LF8 is doing its thing.

Soar is up.

Soar attacks the armor Tangle just attacked so successfully. 

Attack: 22 Damage: 14
Extra Attack: 9 Damage: 9

Smite added into the hit: 5

A couple more snakes slither away; the armour is on the point of falling to pieces.  Not quite yet, though.
