The Exploits of Misfit Company

Courage: There is no entryway below. However, there is a bunch of treasure down there, including a suit of studded leather armor, a greatsword, a grimoire, and two staves. One of the staves is being clutched by a skeleton wearing a mantle. You also see a giant statue with four arms. Littering this treasure room are skeletons with fatal injuries that would come from taking a long fall. It appears that you've found Ollander's tomb.

"Well, I can cast fly on four of you, I can fly down there with my boots, and I suppose that Kasha can turn into a bird and fly down there."

"I most certainly can!" Kasha perked up when she heard her name. "Small ones, big ones, birds, borbs, orbs, and bribs, you name it! But not canaries. I don't turn into those." 

She made an annoyed face at the camera - like the portrait kid in the spongebob pajama meme.

"I'll allow you the choice of what you want to turn into when we fly down there, so no need to worry about canaries."

"Ah hah." Kasha agrees.

Courage nervously leans over to Alys and whisper, "Does she always look into the middle distance like that when she's mad, or...?" Regardless of whether or not he gets an answer, he is soon after gesturing and nodding along to Vastra. "Much better. Given the dangers we faced just getting here, I doubt all those bodies were just from the fall alone. Though, that is my unexpert opinion."

"But still, better safe than sorry. I'll see you guys down there." He looks to Alys. "Unless you still want that ride?" He asked casually.

"Probably, which is why it's good that we rested before coming here." Vastra says as she casts Fly at sixth level, getting Yvan, Courage, Alys, and Stella with it.

Vastra will only cast Fly as a 5th level spell, since Courage can also fly himself down. Vastra will activate her boots and fly down once the others are ready.

Kasha turns into a small bird that's not a canary and flitters downtown to chinatown. When everyone is finished landing at the bottom, she'll land on Obsidian's head and sit down on it like a borb.

Once you've all flown down the skeleton with the staff and mantle rises up from its' slumber. "Oh ****!" it exclaims. "Some intruders made it past the illusion!" It starts whacking the four-armed statue. "Wake up! It's time to take care of the intruders!"

Kasha starts cheeping and beeping, flapping her wings!!

It took a good minute for Yvan to get used to the whole flying business, but even went descending he wasn't entirely confident with himself and would be seen holding onto the rocks of the cliff.  He took it slow and eventually would join the others at the bottom, glad to be back on solid ground.

Alys was about ready to accept the ride from Courage when Vastra would cast flight on her. As her feet began to float off the ground, the elf felt weightless. Immediately her body twitched from change in virtigo and her arms flailed a little bit, grasping around to balance herself out. Almost absentmindedly, as if a habit forged on their last floating experience, Alys’ hand searched for Yvan’s for the way down.

Once down, Alys’ head would tilt in curiosity from the curious skeleton beating on a statue.
