When making a melee weapon attack, a creature that doesn't have a swimming speed (either natural or granted by magic) has disadvantage on the attack roll unless the weapon is a dagger, javelin, shortsword, spear, or trident.
A ranged weapon attack automatically misses a target beyond the weapon's normal range. Even against a target within normal range, the attack roll has disadvantage unless the weapon is a crossbow, a net, or a weapon that is thrown like a javelin (including a spear, trident, or dart).
Creatures and objects that are fully immersed in water have resistance to fire damage.
On Tisto's turn his fur turns darker - almost midnight blue - and the white dots glow even more brightly. So much so that it is hard to see where he actually is (i.e. Cloak of Stars)
Cloak of Stars. As an action, you wrap yourself in a starry cloak, appearing like a silhouette formed of the night sky. When you do, attack rolls have disadvantage against you. This cloak lasts for 1 minute, until you doff it (no action required), or until you die. Once you use this trait, you can’t use it again until you finish a long rest.
Callaphe swears as she draws her sword and dagger, figuring that they would be easier to fight with. She approachs and slashes at the first hag she can get to.
As the sea hags transform from their illusion of being satyrs into hags their horrific appearance leaves you suddenly at the verge of panic!
As you had been warned earlier by Soren that you could avert your eyes to avoid seeing their appearance you must either do that which means you will be essentially blinded at attack with disadvantage or you must make a DC 11 Wis save to not be frightened
Let me know what you each choose to do and roll if needed.

Callaphe blanches at the sight of the horrific hags and fears approaching them. She considers her blades but can't get her self to move closer. Fumbling with her shortbow she lets an arrow go that strikes Olga but her aim is poor. (( since you have disadvantage on the attack I used your 2 attacks rolls as you disadvantage attack and used the shortbow ))
Olga screams as she attacks Tisto with her claws
Attack: 11 Damage: 22
She rakes him with her claws despite his altered appearance

(If Saya is not 30ft, she will position herself to that distance.)
Saya sees that this hag take a big chunk of Tisto's flesh with her claws, she charges at the sea creature and stab it with her Javelin. She figures that wielding her battleaxe might not be advisable in this situation.
Javelin Attack: 16 Damage: Unable to parse dice roll.
Then she will try to strike the hag with her hooves (BA).
Attack: 18 Damage: 7
(Does unarmed strike roll with disadvantage underwater? In this case it doesn't matter, both die were 8s.)

Actually A creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, with disadvantage if the hag is within line of sight, ending the effect on itself on a success.
So you can roll now at disadvantage from your last turn and then roll again after this turn. It doesn't cost an action.

Areus swims towards the hags that are attacking Tisto. As reaches melee range, the Akroan, minding to not look directly at the hags, thrusts his spear down aiming at the nearest monster's legs. Just before making contact with the hag, Areus suddenly changes the direction of his attack aiming high at the creature's chest, doing a double thrust attack.
Bonus Action: Spending 1 superiority dice (Feinting attack) to cancel the disadvantage Action: Spear Attack: 25 Damage: 28
