The two sailors are startled by a goliath falling from the sky, at least missing most of the rocks on the way down, but hitting the water with a resounding splash, sending the rowboat bobbing up and down in its wake. The sound reaching the ship seems to have draw attention, and the rest of you see figures scrambling and looking your way in concern.
((Mark takes 10 falling damage.))
The sailors, once they see he's not dead, start laughing as they toss a rope in Mark's direction.
"Grab on lad, we'll tow you in."
"Took the fast way down, eh?"
((I'd been purposely vague on pantheon stuff, especially since your hazy on background, but I think what might work is if Mark wants to offer prayer or thoughts towards ideals that seem to be worthy or important, the message will get to the right place. We can build on that as things go?))
Son takes his time, and makes it to the bottom with no difficulty, and is able to reluctantly lower himself into the water and make the short swim to the boat, where Mark is able to help haul him aboard.
((Blue, as you're making your way down one way or the other, give me a Perception check.))

This post has potentially manipulated dice roll results.
((It's less than a +8... but this kind of works perfectly.))
Blue begins heading down, forgoing the rope to scrabble from rock to rock... at least, that is until his foot hits a patch of gull droppings and slips out from under him, sending him crashing into the water (taking 8 falling damage). As he is submerged, a fishstartles away from him, and a crab scuttles around to the other side of an algae covered rock. He realizes two interesting things... firstly, that he's certain he could now take their forms, along with that of the giant crab that they fought on the beach, and secondly, that being underwater is no big deal, as apparently he doesn't really need to actively breath... though, if he stays under too long, the others are likely to worry.
((Level 4 druids can now wild shape into things the a swim speed, and members of your can hold your breath indefinitely, as long as you're not incapacitated. Not sure if that had been established earlier.))

Blue is hauled aboard the rowboat, and they begin making their way to the ship, pulling up alongside the sailors holding it steady so you can ascend a rope ladder. Up top, the other crew and the Captain stand waiting and curious.
"Welcome aboard The Gail, gentlemen. I'm Captain Blake, at your service."

Mark grunts and groans as he tumbles down the cliffside. He stands up, wincing, and brushes himself off. He watches Son come down the rope, then winces again as Blue falls, knowing full well the feeling. Looking back up the rocks, then to the boat and the water, he uttering a prayer to whoever will listen as he heads over to the boat that this trip is better than the last.

Son looks around cautiously, before relaxing a bit, at which point the Captain's raven caws loudly from the rigging a foot or two from his head, making him yelp and jump.
The Captain chuckles, "Pleasure to meet you."
He claps and a sailor scurries out with some sliced fruit and mugs on a platter, and a pitcher, all of which is set down on an upturned barrel. The captain has a set on a crate and gestures for you to do likewise if you wish, and to help yourselves to refreshments.
He steeples his fingers in front of his face and seems to be considering his phrasing.
"The issues with memory seems to be inherent to this island, and thus far, I've not discovered a work around. Knowing how one might spend a night on the island and not wake up a 'new man' would be most valuable to me. Valuable enough to bring you on as officers in my crew, if life on the sea appeals, or to see you to wherever you wish to go, if you don't."
Blue:
You don't catch him in any lies, but he's definitely omitting a lot. But you're able to deduce a few things. Him being aware of the nightly memory wipe, but not having a way around it while still not being affected suggests that it has a radius of effect that he's able to anchor overnight outside of. Which if that's the case, means that they are limited to whatever they can do within the span of the however long they can safely be on the island without suffering memory loss. He's not mentioned his goals, but if it involves a trip deeper into the interior of the island, being able to stay overnight would be crucial.
