"Easy enough. But perhaps take your own advice, Krom!"Rhogar said with a hint of nervous mirth to his voice. Almost all sense of humor in him dies as he turns to glare at the peculiar blades, the words of a spell quickly finding its way to the tip of his tongue. Yet before it can fully take shape, his eyes dart up towards the crystal in the archway. "Tch! Worth a try."Energy rapidly gathers into the palm of a hand as he threw back a hand, barked out "Egmos!", then thrust it out, palm facing towards the crystal as he released the energy.
His goal being to shatter the crystal. But in failing that, or if nothing comes out of success, then he calls out to the others, "I'm going back in for Chill! Try to hold out until we return!", before teleporting back inside next to the Tabaxi.

Rhogar sends crackling energy at the glowing crystal that is above the door. The first misses and strikes the wall above it, but the second hits it with direct force and the light goes out as the crystal cracks in half. The wall of force that is the dome that Chill still stands in suddenly flickers and disappears. Rhogar has no need to teleport into the dome as Chill is now free. Krom's minions take down one of the floating blades and then turn on the other as Kazri also strikes the other one. The one blade is still up.
"Oh! Well, that settles that then! Though, I had hoped shattering that might dismiss the blades. But no matter!"Rhogar snaps a hand out, and as cyan magical sparks crackled and danced across the hand, he gradually clenches it, seemingly focusing the energy to condense into another ball of raw magic. "Now, let's see if this works those thigns as well! Egmos!" With another thrust of hand forward, more bolts of energy are sent flying through the air and explode upon contact with either blade or wall.

"Masterfully done, Rhogar!" Krom shouts, lowering his shield, as the dragonborn's ray shatters the last blade. "That was a hard fight, and unfortunately, I fear it won’t be the last before we reach the Mythallar." The dwarf takes a moment to catch his breath, then begins chanting a hymn of evocation to heal some of his wounds. "We’ll have to be even more careful from now on," Krom says, gesturing toward the double doors. "Chill, would you mind checking for traps? I’d rather not get sliced again," he adds with a hint of mirth.
(Bonus action Second Wind: 2 - Cure wounds at 2nd level 10)
"Such a task will be easier said than done, Krom, as always in this gods forsaken place. But! Ever shall we endeavor as a whole to take care all the same, eh?"Rhogar replied, smirked back at Krom, and then waved off some lingering wisps of magic from his hand. Hoping to find at least a shard of the crystal he shattered before on the ground, Rhogar makes his way closer to the door general vicinity to look. However, at any word of warning from Chill and the rest to give door space, the dragonborn would comply after a bit of a start.
Regardless of whether he finds any shards or not, he could be soon seen rubbing his chin and pacing a little as his eyes lose a little focus. "Hmm... Just how did they manage that anyhow? Given the potency of those swords, it would stand to reason some form of power source had to be near. And yet... None were present. Most fascinating."He went on to mutter, yet the space likely carried his voice well enough for others to easily overhear.
"We need to be more wary of danger. We cannot just rush towards each door we see. This place is very dangerous and with the centuries it has lain here in decay there is no telling what may happen."
Chill moves carefully to the door and checks it and listens with his ear to the door looking for trouble.
Rhogar looks for any pieces of the crystal that are left but the arcane energy he used to destroy it left nothing behind.
Meanwhile Chill is checking the doors and finds no traps and he hears nothing on the other side. While the door is locked it is easy enough for him to pick the lock. (No check needed)
"You’re right, Chill," Krom says, scratching his beard. "I suspected an arcane trap from the start and even tried to dispel it, but alas, the wizards’ enchantment had a longer reach than I expected." The dwarf’s voice carries a note of disappointment.
"Anyway, since the door’s safe to cross, we should proceed at once." Krom gestures toward it and readies himself to follow the others when they move on.
Kazri is feeling slightly uneasy with so much magic in the area. She wonders what must have been like for the people that lived here. Tough, she wonders if these people worshiped any gods. Even if they did, who could have those gods be? She shakes those thoughts out of her head. "Perhaps, I should go first Master Krom."

Rhogar sighed and shook his head, knowing naught could be done about the crystal beyond search elsewhere for a more intact specimen. Until then, he'd look and nod to Krom, and with the aid of his staff, rose out of a kneel looking ready to proceed. Though hearing Kazri speak of taking point elicits a wince, one look at the dwarf's state is enough for the dragonborn to grumble and nod in agreement. "Indeed. Though your divine gifts seem to have restored you to some degree, I sense yet more is needed. And unless we are to prolong our stay in this room for a more dedicated respite, with a goddess yet nipping at our heels, that may yet be somewhat ill-advised... as much as it shames me to admit."

Krom nods at the dragonborn. "Alas, we cannot afford to rest, at least not yet. However," the dwarf says, clasping Moradin’s holy symbol, "I still have enough strength to call upon the All-Father’s blessings. And as you and Chill have pointed out, since we’re certain to face more resistance ahead, it would be wise to perform another hymn of healing."
Still holding the holy symbol, Krom chants a hymn of evocation, feeling the divine warmth mend some of his injuries. "I’ll be right behind you, lass," the dwarf says to the paladin as she moves to open the door.

The inscription reads “Speak thy master’s name and enter.”
Krom, shield and hammer at the ready, follows as the group moves into the next chamber. The dwarf’s eyes narrow as he notices the inscription on the wall. Turning to the dragonborn, he asks, “My understanding of the Draconic tongue isn’t the best, but do you think it refers to the old ruler of this city, the one who gave his name to the very tower we stand in?” Krom glances around, studying the eight doors surrounding them. “Which one should we check first?” he asks, his grip tightening on the hammer’s handle.
"'Rulers', not ruler. For each in their own held sway through the schools of magic that they dedicated their lives to improving, perfecting, and so on and so forth."Rhogar gently corrects. "But yes, uhm, ideally we should but need only go through one, and if we are to do so, best go with the one we are most equipped to handle. Thus, my suggestion would be the Evoker's door."He gestures to it. "Question is... I cannot off the top of my head recall ever hearing the name of that leader." He looks to Krom. "I don't suppose you've been blessed this day with a means of reaching out to that one fellow we rescued a few days ago from he stasis table?"
