As soon as the call for quick egress is made, a varitable cloud is all that's left of the eladrin as Ban quickly returns the way they came back to the previous secret door she located within the room the group encountered the shadows.
She takes an Action to Dash and Bonus Action to Dash without looking back at the others. Once she gets there, Ban will look back the direction she came and continue on.
The house and shake and pitch causing difficulty for the party to stay on their feet. The party runs through the secret door and through the Cell room. It is when the Party gets almost all the way through the tunnel when there is a complication. Ban, Farris, and Gillain get tangled up fall together in a heap. As each falls they collide with the walls of the tunnel. Amazingly as each falls against the wall, the interior wall on each side crumbles to the ground. To everyone's horror, 3 large Swarm of Rats pours out of the crumbled wall and down upon the fallen heroes. The Rats attempt to overwhelm each character but, with some effort and help with the rest of the party, everyone gets out unscathed. During this time Wolf-Bob is overwhelmed by the dust and takes 3 HP of damage from the dust and debris.
DM: The map shows where the 3 collide.
Once the party gets to the exit and they ascend the stairs to the next level the Rats scatter and do not pursue.
The party makes it to the next floor. The house continues to shake and fall around the party. Bits of ceiling and walls fall down, hitting the party on occasion. While running Ban remembers the secret door that was found in the room with the large statue. Ban guides the party to it. Along the way a large piece falls from the ceiling, striking Farris, causing him to fall. Farris takes 1 H.P. of damage. As Farris falls, he hits the wall on the right. It crumbles away and another Swarm of Rats falls to the ground. This swarm runs around the party, their beady little eyes resting on the party. There is a faint red glow to the eyes.
Gillain tries to scream above the cacophony of sounds around her, “We have to get out of here!!.. The whole building is coming down!!... ..Go go go!...”.

The party decides to run. The group, with Ban guiding, makes its way through the level to the secret door. A large swarm of rats chases the party as they go. Ban quickly finds the secret door and opens it. Once everyone gets inside she closes it and the rats are trapped on the other side of the door. The party finds themselves in a cramped room approximately 5 ft. x 5 ft. On the east wall, the party sees a ladder going up. There is a quick strong shimmer that shakes the room. Quickly the party scampers up the ladder, holding on for dear life when the walls, ladder, and house shake. During this time the party can almost hear an angry scream that seems to come from the house itself. To climb up the ladder Bob has to transform into his dwarven form. His wolf form can not climb the ladder and no one could carry him up the ladder and maintain their balance. (Let me know if there is another solution Bob wants to take) It takes the party a minute to travel up the ladder. Gillain is the first to the top, finding a bolt latch and handle at the top. With great effort, she unlatches the bolt and pushes the trap door up and open. The party climbs out and finds themselves in the southwest corner of a 20 ft. x 15 ft. room. Gillain is the first out of the trapdoor and comes face to face with a stuffed wolf (noted on map). As the party climbs out and looks around they find a room. To the party's right, they see a fireplace. Mounted over the fireplace is the head of a large stag. In front of the fireplace are two chairs with an end table between them. To the right, along the east wall of the room, the party sees a weapons cabinet with 2 stuffed wolves on either side the cabinet. Past the stuffed wolf the party came face to face with, stands an oak table with 4 chairs surrounding it. 2 wooden goblets stand on top of the table, with a large cast of wine. A chandelier hangs over the table. To the right of the oak table, along the north wall, stands another cabinet. It appears to hold several wine glasses and a wooden box. In the Northeast corner of the room stands the door out of the room.
Taking this all in, the house seems to scream and shake for a moment. As soon as the house stops shaking everyone feels a shudder of dark arcane energy come over the room. The stuffed wolves seem to come alive. The heads of the wolves move to look at the party and start snarling and barking. The Staghead over the fireplace moves, looking towards the party, and bellows a harsh trumpet. Once this happens black thick smoke starts rolling out of the fireplace, filling the room almost instantly.
Gillain is always happy to lead the way, shield and spear up, hoping to protect the rest of the party from the worst of things.
But if she gets to a point where it seems she can see a way out, she’d probably hold on there to make sure everyone gets out before her, potentially diving back in to help any stragglers make it out alive.

Using the smoke for concealment, Gimble heads towards the north wall and tries to deftly grab that wooden box on the nearby cabinet almost reflexively as he goes by, falling back on his roguish ways. He then continues towards the northeast, hoping the exit is clear.

OOC: He will get 25 feet toward/through the doorway, probably 2nd or 3rd in line.

Tio stay at the end of the marching order making sure Bob and everyone else make it up that ladder. Once the wolves come into play she will use the dodge action as they begin to leave the house.

Bob does indeed change back into his dwarven form to climb the ladder. He seems more curious than afraid of the wolves and the stag's head, unless the smoke proves too much for him in which case he just tries to follow Gillain and the others as closely as possible while they beat a hasty exit.
