"That's a good idea... Strip those of their robes then give them to some of the rescued. That way they can act like they are leading them someplace if they are stopped." Sheyla says.
@Velshir - the Redbrands carry two decent short swords each, wear studded leather and of course the cloaks and basic clothing. No valuables except 6 silver each.
@ Loren You are able to unlock both cages and collars.
"Thank you. Y ou want us to disguise ourselves with these cloaks?" The woman says gesturing to the defeated Redbrands. "My name is Mirna Drendar, my daughter Nilsa (she appears about 18) and my son over there is Nars (he appears about 13)"She digs through the discarded clothing pile for something appropriate for them to wear otherwise as their current garments are torn and sparse.
(40 xp ea character for defeating the Redbrands in the Room here)
Velshir suggests that the group take a few minutes to escort the villagers out of the stronghold the way they came, then return for more exploration and cleansing.
The women wrap themselves up in the red cloaks and disguise themselves as much as possible using the discarded clothing and call the boy over to them once Loren is able to get them out of their confines and prepare to leave.
Sheyla would be in agreement with escorting them out would try to rush them as quickly as they could. At the entrance she would ask, "Do we want to head back in today or rest and resupply. I am torn... I am running low on supplies in the healing kit but at the same time, if we stop now we may loose the element of surprise."
“I don’t want to lose that element. Let’s get the townsfolk out at the secret entrance, they can go to the village from there and we re-enter immediately.”
The three will follow you all out quickly and can get to their home from there. They thank you gratefully and she tells you -When she was a young girl, she and her family fled from the town of Thundertree after undead overran the place. Her family had an herb and alchemy shop, inside which a case containing an emerald necklace was hidden beneath a section of storage shelves. She never dared to return and retrieve it. The shop was in the southeast part of Thundertree. --> spoiler has map - Thundertree is North of Phandalin.
If you'd like to skip ahead to where you part from them, this will lead you back to the entrance. If you don't take the path you came in to get there - I can describe how things go - otherwise you can get there safely.
Here is the map of the main cavern (let me know if you need other areas - you would have returned through the top open area of the cavern and let the prisoners go out the bottom passageway if you chose the path you came in ...and if you decide to run into town for supplies...)
(not sure why that double posted - eek. Just the door you came in, with the sarcophagus room behind you - here's a repeat of that room. Sheyla hopefully ok with returning where left off? If not, discuss here.)
Three large stone sarcophagi stand within this dusty crypt, and the re-deceased human skeletons clad in bits of rusty mail. False columns along the walls are carved in the image of spreading oak trees. The double doors in the southeast corner are sheathed in tarnished copper plate.
Loren approaches the door, ears alert to any signs of danger before pressing on, putting his hand on the door and trying it. If it resists, he will look for any obvious locking mechanism that might be persuaded with careful application of his tools.

@Joshua - no keys are found.

(Are the doors to the prisoner's areas locked? Might Loren try to get those open?)
(yes you may) @ Loren stealth check please for each
(well that's a surprise.)
Stealth: 8

"Hopefully that didn't cost us too much of the element of surprise. Lets finish this" (Is there other doors out of here or just the one we came in?)

@ Loren - perception and stealth checks please?
