A bit worried that this may be a case of mistreated mounts and not a true ambush, Duncan switches to nonlethal attacks, but he is still trying to incapacitate the beast. He says, “Didn't we ride up here on some of these?”

"Yes we did," Torman replies, "but I don't think these are the same ones. At least they don't seem to remember us." He quickly pulls a dead firefly from his component pouch, says "Flickery-do," while waving his other hand over the firefly, and is wreathed in wispy flames which provide a warm shield from the cold and will cause (2d8) fire damage to anyone who attacks him.

@Kat Note your on an white sheet of Ice in broad daylight. And anyways, I don't accept the game log rolls on the CS program. So if you want you can exchange the stealth for an attack after you disengage

Azurre
The dragonborn flinches as Edict goes down but steels himself against these fell creatures, glancing to see how long it will take for the giant to get close enough to hopefully squish these creatures in its hands.
The cleric presents his holy symbol on his shield, and calls forth a circle of tiny blue dragons that surround him and anyone near him in a 15-foot sphere. Azurre is careful to have the flitting dragons ignore his companions and those traveling with him. He casts spirit guardians at level 3.
Any wyvern (and only the wyverns and any other creature that is clearly hostile to the party) must make a WIS save (dc14). On a fail, take 21 radiant damage; success take half....speed is halved if in the spirit guardian zone.
(I think you are the single DM (I play with anyway) that doesn't allow CS rolls. Can I talk you out of that stance? The CS roller is by far more accurate and less-likely to have issues than the roller on here. I am a bit surprised that you won't accept rolls there to be honest.)
Kat will use her action to dash if there is no way to hide. I am a bit confused as placement goes, as we literally just walked through a doorway that led onto this plane of ice, so not sure where that door is, or where other doors might be. Regardless she moves towards the nearest cover, using her movement and her dash action.
The courtyard of the castle is made of Ice, as well as most of this flying castle. Since you've been out the guide that was provided was leading you northeast past the huge double doors in the north. Two Wyvern burst the doors open and traveled 30foot looking very hungry then you went into combat,
The Castles lower courtyard is 560ft at its longest and 350ft at its widest After leaving behind the statues and towers about a 160ft away from you to the North as you start walking north east. Is a huge 200ft by 80ft building with a huge pair of double doors made of Ice and banded in Iron, carved with Dragons fighting Wyverns 220ft to the southeast of you is another huge door which is part of another building who's wall ends a 100ft later. The way Edict is taking you is past the the Double doors Suddenly the Doors burst open. Two very hungry looking Wyverns come out from the stables. You note they haven't been de-stingerad.(sp?)
(My suggestion is to just let everyone use the roller they wish. If they use the CS roller, then they post results here, if they use the forum roller, then they just continue as they have. The forum roller is more prone to non-random rolls, as well as strange rolls-not-available errors, so the CS is better IMO, but some people still find it easier to use the forum roller than the CS one. If I were you I'd just let people do which ever of the two they like, and, as long as they post results here, there won't be any extra work on your part.)
Wincing at the slaughtered kobold guide, Duncan nevertheless keeps his focus on the foe before him. Realizing now for sure that these are escaped and hungry mounts, he attacks to disable, not kill.

Duncan's skillful attacks connect. The Wyvern looks bloodied. Unsure, maybe it bit off more than it can chew. The other still looks healthy and vicious least till it has to make its save..
Note Torman Azurre and Kat are facing the healthy one. Wagner and Duncan are facing the not so healthy one.
Not wishing to fireball the poor, misguided creature, Torman instead opts for burning hands at level 3 doing 20 damage to the wyvern if it cannot make a DC 14 dex save, half as much if it saves.
"Everybody stand back," Torman says as he spreads his hands out in front of himself with the thumbs touching. As he yells, "Burn, Baby! Burn," in dwarvish, a fifteen foot cone of fire blasts out toward the wyvern
