Its seems like most people agree that using Nick alongside Dual Wielder lets your character get both the Two-Weapon Fighting attack (now moved to your action) and a bonus action attack (from Dual Wielder).
The Dual Wielder feat gives you a bonus action attack if you meet the conditions, similar to something like Polearm Master. It also specifically says "You don’t add your ability modifier to the extra attack’s damage unless that modifier is negative".
I've seen some people claim that you can add you ability score modifier to the bonus action attack the feat gives you if you have the "Two-Weapon Fighting" fighting style feat. But I don't see how that's right. The fighting style lets you add your modifier to the attack you get from the Lightproperty, which is normally a bonus action attack but can be moved into your action using the Nickweapon mastery. It's referencing a specific attack that is granted by a specific mechanic, not "ALL bonus action attacks you do when using two weapons".
Can someone please explain/clarify this? Has WotC said anything about this interaction specifically?
As far as I know the current meta on how two-weapon fighting works comes from Treantmonk who claims to have ask a designer of the game at a creator-convention thing run by WotC.
This video might help. It explains the interaction between the Light weapon property, Dual Wielder feat, Two-Weapon Fighting Style feat, and Nick weapon mastery.
RAW nothing prevent these interactions. Both Nick Mastery and Dual Wielder let you make an extra attack as a result of using a weapon that has the Light property, therefore the Two Weapon Fighting feat let you add your ability modifier to the damage of their attack if you aren't already adding it.

To expand, the TWF feat says:
When you make an extra attack as a result of using a weapon that has the Light property,
It doesn't say "when you make the extra attack of the Light property", like Nick does. It is broader in scope, in order to allow it to include the DW attack.
If there were some other way to get an extra attack from using a weapon with the Light property, it'd also apply to that, although the only one I know of (Scimitar of Speed) doesn't exclude your stat bonus from the damage, so it's irrelevant.
