"While they’re formed from stone and steel, warforged are living humanoids. Resting, healing magic, and the Medicineskill all provide the same benefits to warforged that they do to other humanoids. A warforged can focus its mind on its body as it rests, adjusting its shape and form to assume one of a few defensive postures. A warforged who expects heavy combat might focus on durability, while during a time of peace they might be content to adopt a lighter, less aggressive form."
Back in previous editions and DDO (dungeons and Dragons Online) there were a group of spells that targeted constructs specifically, Repair Light Damage (http://ddowiki.com/page/Repair_Light_Damage) and so forth.
You could ask your dungeon master for some scrolls or to find this spell in a book of forgotten lore, or if you are in Eberron setting, the spell may never have been lost.
just an idea.

The Nimblewright from Waterdeep: Dragon Heist is a construct that has the repairable feature, which allows for mending to heal one hit point.
While it is not warforged, it's a place where a similar mechanic is documented in an official publication.
