There aren't options for these kind of things yet. You can make a homebrew feat or item that represents the condition and put it on the character.

there is an option for "Extras", where you can add a Wild Shape outside of normal progression, i suppose that could have a similar effect?
Since the corpse of this thread has been dug up, I'll go ahead and mention; I think they are working on this this year.
The closest you can come right now is playing a lycan blood hunter. We have one in the campaign I run, and the player absolutely loves it.
