Hey guys, so recently in our campaign my Warlock came into possession of the Robes of the Archmagi. Among other things, this item increases your spell save DC by 2. At level 17 with a 20 CHA, this brings his save DC up to 21. However, when I look at his spell list, his light cantrip says it has a 19 DEX save. Similarly, his Ray of Frost only has a +11 to hit, while Eldritch Blast has a +13. While it's really not a huge deal as I think I've cast Light on an unwilling target once the entire campaign, and a +2 difference doesn't matter a whole lot on my backup cantrip, it does raise the question: Do the Robes of the Archmagi not affect the save of pact boon cantrips? All of my other spells have saves of 21 and +13 to hit. Are my pact boon cantrips stemming off of another spellcasting stat? His WIS is 16, which makes me wonder if its using that stat for the save, or if it's just not calculating properly. Any help?
I just rolled a test character to check, and this is definitely a bug. Robe of the Archmagi is not properly applying its' benefits to Pact Boon spells. Can a mod flag this thread and move it to the bug reports forum?

You don't know what fear is until you've witnessed a drunk bird divebombing you while carrying a screaming Kobold throwing fire anywhere and everywhere.
There’s another bug in how Warlock’s spell DC is calculated. If you take Pact of the Tome and get a Rod of the Pact Keeper your cantrips from Pact of the Tome don’t get the bonus from the rod either. I work around it by just manually overriding the spells DCs.
Its not you, and I apologize if I came across a bit strong.
Finding the five issues above required some creative and iterative queries; just look at the titles. And My search didn't include references that I am sure are in the super threads either. Most people don't look for prior issues either, or just miss them because they search for the wrong thing. And most fans that find issues, are passionate to find them, but don't usually have a background in Quality Assurance to avoiding duplications.
It has a lot to do with that a forum is a lousy bug database for us to search. With the right database tools and experience, its easy to do on the backend. But not so much for consumers to search and post. Like different phrasings for the same thing. A term search using analytics will easily find keywords that bug clustering can be done off of. For a person to do it takes work. And filing another forum post is quicker.
But in the end, I am pretty sure the developers and moderators know.

Thanks in advance!
Looks to me like D&DBeyond is calculating something wrong in their code.
Are those cantrips perhaps coming from race, rather than class?
The only racial cantrip he has is Message.
I figured that was the case, but I wanted to double check. Thanks for the input!

Old bug too...reported several times in various versions. I'm sure that Filcat and others are painfully aware of them.

My bad, I'm not really sure how I missed that many threads about the same topic. Thanks for the clarification, I appreciate it!
