For a Rouge, you want to primarily be red and pink, with a hint of purple. But seriously:
For a Rogue, I'd say Dexterity is your top priority, with either Intelligence (for playing investigation/booksmart) or Charisma (for playing Party Face) as your second highest.
Constitution is always good for the extra HP, and high Wisdom is nice for Perception/Insight (though if you're not aiming for that you don't need it).
My stat spread would probably look like (assuming someone else wanted to be the party face):
Str: 8
Dex: 15
Con: 12
Int: 14
Wis: 13
Cha: 10

I know what you're thinking: "In that flurry of blows, did he use all his ki points, or save one?" Well, are ya feeling lucky, punk?
A rogue wants Dex to be their highest ability and you also want decent Con. Other than that it depends on how you want to roleplay your character and possibly what subclass you want to take.
Swashbucklers get some features that work off Charisma, especially Rackish Audacity, so that should be their 2nd or 3rd highest stat.
Arcane tricksters, get spells that work off their intelligence you have the option here of making your intelligence decent or just get spells that do not make attacks or require saving throws.
Failing a Wis save can be really bad so it is a good idea to not dump it.
From a role play / background point of view an urchin with no education but loads of street smarts might have high wisdom, a con artist would probably have high charisma and so on.

My character is a Half-Elf Rouge (Lv. 2), and we are using standard array, whats the best usage of my ability stats?
