Many years ago, in the plane that rests above the multiverse, there was a being. Powerful, but not all-powerful, a creator, yet one who was also created. They saw the many worlds before them, and could not help but create a few things of their own. First, they made a creature- small, quick, tough, resourceful, cute, but not too cute. In short, everything they thought would be perfect. They decided to call it a 'rat', and they were pleased with it.
But then, things began to change. The creator saw how their creation was dirty, disgusting, something to be ashamed of. And they felt ashamed. How would the others perceive them? And how should they perceive themself? For the first time, the creator began to feel doubt. Perhaps, they had gotten their priorities out of order? In a fit of regret, the creator made a second creature. Like its predecessor, it was small and fast. But unlike its predecessor, it was charismatic, adorable yet manipulative, it was always perfectly clean and presentable, and, instead of simply killing for survival, this creature seemed to enjoy the hunt, revel in the bloodshed. One could even, perhaps, call it evil. They called it a 'cat', and set it loose upon the many worlds, to destroy and erase the 'mistake' that was the rat. Its executioner, its eradicator, was born. The prey now had its predator.
Yet, for all its flaws, the creator couldn't shake the feeling that they did not want their first creation eradicated completely. They had grown too attached. They tried to bring things back to how they were, but it was almost impossible- the 'cat' seemed to have a mind of its own, and certainly did not want some creator meddling in its business. The genie was out of the bottle, so to speak. What was the creator to do? Eventually, they decided to spend most of their days acting as a guardian over the rats, trying to atone for attempting their destruction, learning more about their ways, and even creating an avatar to represent them- imperfect and disgusting, but also smart, resourceful, tough, and without a care in the world for the thoughts of others. But on the bad days, the days when the creator was filled with doubt, they waged war against them, under the symbol of the Cat, and the cool destruction it represented.

How do I make the link for this, to put in my sig?
You tap the ‘posted __ ago’ and copy the link and use the link tool in the editor to put it in.
You have to actually click the post number to get a link to it, not the ____ posted ago. I was on mobile in portrait mode, so both appeared in the same place.
Its a trade secret
You either die a hero, or stay on the forums long enough to see yourself become the villain...

Although links to posts do not work for users in the app, since it brings them to post 1 instead of post 243
should be fine for your uses tho since app users can’t see signatures anyway.
