A rift opens and a tribe of cavemen escapes from a terrible world that hungry visitor's Numeric + random power generator has created. One of them seems to be still infected:

Power: The ability to transform Shadows into Diamond at the cost of not being able to move because you transformed every shadow including your own.
Edit: I just realized that this means that your insides also get filled with Diamond. Eh... this caveman would be sorry, but he turned you into a piece of art. A dead piece of art.
Ow. Suddenly every shadow turns into diamond. The cavemen are frozen in fear and diamonds and so is everyone else.
A lone completely transparent figure is moving in midst of the diamond field. It is a holy water elemental. Since the completely pure holy water does not cast a shadow, there is nothing to turn to diamond. There could be also a second thing that is still moving. A vampire since it doesn't have a shadow.
And we all know that vampires don't like flowing water and also don't like holy water so it is unlikely that it is still around. Suddenly the holy water elemental gets a numeric and random power. Oh...

well. That could have been way worse.
Power: The Power creates a core inside of the user that creates a core around the user that vanishes as soon the core inside of the user vanishes. The core shields the user from harm, but can be bypassed if the user is not aware of a threat.
Edit: I just noticed that a core would cast a shadow. The holy water elemental is basically instantly turned into diamond... if he wasn't shielded by the core from harm. And since the holy water elemental is aware of the threatening shadow to diamond power, it gets blocked by the outer Core.
Hungry visitor looks up from his hideous dice machine. Oh hi there! Let's have fun and not be bitter about undefeated foes and impossible obstacles.
With this words he empowers the last remaining moving thing inside of the diamond field: The vampire mage that made itself invisible to the holy water elemental.
Hopefully it won't be too bad...

He can create perfect shadow spheres that dissolve as soon as their thin skin gets a small tear. Rolling a 36 twice... hmm.
He could attempt to create an diamond ball while inside of the field, which then casts a shadow and creates a strange formation that could pierce anyone with diamond... Lets roll his survival chance. But that is a job for the GM...

so, it's a good thing this was early, because otherwise I would have had a lot of trouble figuring out how to play this without it being either ridiculously effective or ineffective. The cavemen storm out of the rift, and one of them starts turning into a crystal. with a distortion, the diamond-shadow effect bubbles outwards, spreading over the battlefield, and then... stops. it looks like the radiation of the Radioactive bunker is interfering with it somehow! the diluted effect requires a while of exposure, as opposed to being instant, or the target being willing, and it is much weaker near the bunker. (in other news, in the time after this post, i realized this is actually a pretty interesting power even if everyone was a vampire and hence immune.)
