This pouch appears to contain a handful of rice, grains, or another similar item. As an action, you can throw the grains from the bag so that they fill a 5 ft square adjacent to you. Any vampires within 30ft who can see the scattered grains must pass a DC15 Wisdom saving throw or be charmed for the duration.

A vampire which fails its save must spend its turn moving to be adjacent to the square where the grains were scattered and then going prone to count them. The magic of the grains lasts for 1 minute or until an affected creature passes its save. An affected creature can repeat the saving throw at the end of its turn, and has advantage on the roll if it sustained damage since the last attempt. Once a vampire succeeds on a saving throw against this charm it is immune for that duration of the effect.

Once the bag has been used, it can’t be reused until the next dawn when it magically refills with the grains.
