This magical book has an ornate cover depicting a cyclops who is dressed as a wizard and reading a book.

No ink or other material can be used to write into the book.

Whilst attuned to the book you can cast Legend Lore once per day requring no material components. Once this ability is used it can't be used again until the following dusk.

The book contains 101 pages: 1 table of contents, and 100 pages for lore. Each time the spell successfully retrieved knowledge about a person, place or item the table of contents updates and the next blank page is filled with the knowledge from the spell. The writing in the book appears in ornate Celestial script, however the magic of the book allows any creature attuned to it to read and understand the writing contained within, regardless of whether the creature can normally understand Celestial.

The book has 100 charges when it is created, one for each blank page. Each time the spell is cast and retrieves knowledge of the target, that charge is expended and does not regenerate.

When the book is found it already contains some knowledge from expended charges. Roll a d100. You expend that many charges and include information on that many subjects in the book.
