Unholy Providence This sword has 4 charges. Whilst attuned you can use a charge to reroll an attack roll. (no action required) This sword regains 1d4 charges every dawn.

Curse This sword has been cursed by demon and god alike. Whenever you roll an even number on ANY attack whilst attuned, you roll a d10 and suffer from 1 of the following effects:

1-2 You lose an equivalent to 10GP

3-4 Your weapons gets damaged and needs to be repaired through a smith or smith's tools(DC 12), if a weapon gets damaged 3 times it breaks. A damaged weapon gains a -1 damage modifier.

5-6 Gain disadvantage on your attack rolls during your next turn.

7-8 You trip over your own feet and fall prone, ending your turn.

9-10 You feel a ghostly apparition hit you, taking 1d8 damage.

This curse cannot be detected through the use of identify or other means, with the exception of wish. It only becomes apparent upon attunement. It's other effect become known upon using identify.

Proficiency with a shortsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
