Requires attunement by a monk

The Chakram of Kresnik appears to be two halves of a medium sized circular bronze blade with has a decorative gold handle that travels all the way around the blade, engraved in the handle are maybe pictures of flames along with mysterious symbols and images. The Chakram is part of a set of three famous pieces belonging to an ancient monk warrior whose monkier was simply Kresnik. He was known for his power and dominance in battle and a monk who wields the set of all three pieces is said to be able to achieve power beyond that of the normal monk. The Chakram is considered to be a martial monk weapon with the finesse and light proprieties.

When attacking with the Chakram of Kresnik you have a +3 bonus to Attack and Damage Rolls made with this weapon. The weapon deals 1d6 slashing damage. Due to the circular blade being made to have two separate halves, the chakram can be split in half and dual wielded. While the user has the chakram split into two halves it is considered a two handed weapon and deals 1d8 slashing damage.

Artefact Bonus: When the user is attuned to the Chakram of Kresnik, the Cyclas of Kresnik and the Circlet of Kresnik they gain the following bonuses:

  • When making a melee attack, the bonus to attack and damage rolls is increased to +4
  • When making a melee attack, on a roll of 18-20, the next ki ability that is used by the monk is reduced to 0 if it costs 2 ki or less or the cost is reduced by 2 if it costs 3 ki or more

Proficiency with a scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, The chakram of kresnik requires a long rest to attune to. however, if the user has either/both the cyclas of kresnik and/or the circlet of kresnik it only requires a short rest to attune to.) The only class able to attune to these are , a monk, Damage, Combat, Finesse, Light
