This eerily dark black cloak gives the appearance of having been made of shadows themselves. However, the cloak is both solid and cool to the touch, appearing to be made of a fine iridescent black silk. When the wearer stands in direct sunlight, tendrils of shadow appear to reach for the nearest source of darkness. When the wearer stands in darkness, the tendrils of shadow move to help obscure the wearer. The wearer gains advantage on Stealth checks while in dim light or lower. This cloak has a maximum of 5 charges and recovers 1d4 charges after a long rest. As a bonus action, the wearer can expend 1 charge to shadow step up to 30 feet as the spell Misty Step. If the shadow step begins or ends in sunlight, the wearer takes 1d6 radiant damage.
