This timepiece has many intricate complications inlayed on its face; faces that track stars, celestial movements, even the movements of the outer planes themselves.

On the top of the watch is a button. As an action, this button can be pressed, causing the watch faces slow down, and you cast slow (DC 13) for 1d6 rounds.

If you attempt to use this feature more than once per day, roll a d20. On a 10 or lower, you must make a DC 15 Wisdom saving throw, or suffer the affects of slow for 1d8 rounds as the clock faces speed up. Otherwise, you cast slow per the items normal parameters.
