Shield of the Oathbreaker Prometheus

This shield was given to Kingdom of The Althei as penance for unleashing fire into the world. As it’s master was the creator of fire, the element bows before it’s presence and is extinguished. Only those of royal lineage may lift it, to others it would be impossible.

• Master of Fire: Permanent Effect, all fire is extinguished in a 100 foot sphere around you. Also, fire cannot start without your authority. For example, a fire breath weapon will still activate, but no fire will come out wasting the action.

• Rebuke: This shield has 75% chance to block an enemy attack of any kind and reflect it back at it’s attacker. It has 10 charges of this before a short rest.

• Titan Strength: This shield allows you to wield a two handed weapon as a 1 handed weapon in your main hand

A shield is made from wood or metal and is carried in one hand. Wielding a shield increases your Armor Class by 2. You can benefit from only one shield at a time.
