Weapon (scimitar), legendary (requires attunement by a Chaotic Nature)

A blade that started out as a regular scimitar, it has been passed down and used in countless wars. After centuries had passed, it developed a soul and mind of its own. Naming itself Slashley for no other reason than it, now she, wanted to. Slashley was sold after she repeatedly and harshly insulted her owner, a weak-willed noble with no real combat experience.

You can use Slashley without being attuned, but she will insult you at every turn and you wont be able to benefit from her magical effects.

Magical Effects: Those cut by Slashley bleed profusely, as if their blood is being ripped out of them. +5 to hit, +10 initial damage, enemies lose 5 percent of their total health after their turn until healed or dead.

Insult to Injury: Slashley can cast Vicious Mockery at will.

Proficiency with a scimitar allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

Notes: Chaotic Nature, Finesse, Light
