This timepiece has many intricate complications inlayed on its face; faces that track stars, celestial movements; even the movements of the outer planes themselves, in addition to the time of day.

On the top of the watch is a button. When you press this button, using an action to do so, the watch faces to slow down, and you cast slow from the timepiece (DC 13). The timepiece regains the ability to do so again after a long rest.
