Ring, uncommon (requires attunement by a arcane caster)

This silver ring is comprised of two interwoven bands. Where sections of the two bands run parallel between crosses, are inscribed paired bits of arcane word-play in an elvish script.

The ring holds 3 charges. When the wearer casts a spell, they may spend a charge to add, remove, or change a single letter in the name of the spell, and cast the newly named spell instead. The effects of this new spell are determined by the DM, and will be of the same general strength and power level of the original spell. The spell still consumes any required spell slots and components originally required, in addition to the charge of the ring. The ring regains any spent charges at dawn.

Variant option: If you desire to open up even more name-changing possibilities, you may allow the player to spend more than one charge on a single spell to add/remove/change additional letters.
