Reckless. At the start of its turn, the berserker can gain advantage on all melee weapon attack rolls during that turn, but attack rolls against it have advantage until the start of its next turn.

All Fours. As a bonus action the cannibal goes down onto all 4's running with both hands and feet. While doing this it's movement speed is 60ft and attacks of opportunity have disadvantage against it. But the cannibal can only attack with it's Bite attack while doing this. The cannibal can return to standing as a bonus action on subsequent turns. 

Multiattack – The Cannibal can make 2 melee attacks with it's Battle Axe. If they have their Dagger drawn they may also make a attack with that.

Battle Axe. Melee Weapon Attack : +9 to hit, reach 5ft., one target. Hit: 7 (1d8+3) or 8(1d10+3) if wielded two handed.

Dagger. Melee Weapon Attack : +9 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 5 (1d4+3)

Bite. Melee Weapon Attack: +9 to hit, reach 5ft, one target. Hit: 5 (1d4+3). One hit the actual cannibal takes a bit out of the target. The cannibal regains a number of hit points equal to the damage dealt to the target.
