Ambusher. The witch has advantage on attack rolls against any creature it has surprised.

False Appearance. While the witch is hunched over, it is almost indistinguishable from a young woman. A creature that can see it and succeeds on a DC 15 Wisdom (Perception) check can discern its true nature.

Light Sensitivity. While in bright light, the witch has disadvantage on attack rolls and Wisdom (Perception) checks that rely on sight.

Mimicry. The witch can mimic the sounds of a weeping child or woman. A creature that hears the sounds can tell they are unnatural with a successful DC 15 Wisdom (Perception) check.

Pounce. If the a witch moves at least 30 feet straight toward a creature and then hits it with a claw attack on the same turn, that target must succeed on a DC 13 Strength saving throw or be knocked prone.

Turning Defiance. The witch has advantage on saving throws against effects that turn undead.

Actions

Multiattack. The witch can use its Stunning Shriek and makes one attack with its claws. Alternatively, it makes two claw attacks.

Claws. Melee Weapon Attack: +5 to hit, reach 5 ft., one target. Hit: 10 (2d6 + 3) slashing damage. If the target is a creature other than an undead, it must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw or be paralyzed for 1 minute. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of its turns, ending the effect on itself on a success.

Stunning Shriek. The witch shrieks. Each humanoid and beast within 30 feet of the witch and able to hear it must succeed on a DC 13 Wisdom saving throw or be frightened until the end of the witch's next turn. While frightened in this way, a target is stunned. If a target's saving throw is successful or the effect ends for it, the target is immune to the Stunning Shriek of all witches for 1 hour.
