In a realm between worlds, an arena hosts a deadly competition where the winner gets a chance to change one thing from their past. The Battle for Beyond actual play show kicks off Friday, November 6, and brings together six legendary characters played by an epic cast. Now you can live as a legend or just represent your favorite hero with the Battle for Beyond Dice Pack! Each set of these digital dice sets are inspired by the characters from Battle for Beyond!
You can save 50% by purchasing all of the digital dice as a pack. But if just one set has caught your eye, you need not worry: Any individual set you purchase applies a credit toward the cost of the full pack, so you can later complete your collection!
Tune in to Battle for Beyond

cool
Just wondering, how much time do you all put into making so many digital dice?
A lot, they have to create the graphics and stuff. I would say four weeks for each set?
hey uh... that date. Friday, November 6th. that doesn't exist.
Could you share the player sheets?
looks cool
Probably more time than they should when they can be integrating the new books people are allowed to buy but not utilize in the tools effectively.
Nice
The first set of dice that is good looking and priced properly!
Of course... another money grab with dice sets rather than actually fixing the issues on the site. Fighting Initiate still isn't fixed as a feat since the release of wildemounte, No "Show owned content" filter when browsing the site, no fix on the custom items being put inside containers or vehicles to remove your encumbrance, but we keep getting more products to purchase... Shows exactly what the focus is on: Money.
I really used to promote DNDBeyond but now its feels so soulless. I understand its a business... but man. How disappointing.
are there plans for assigning different dice for deferent characters
I can't help but agree. It's not like I ever use the digital dice anyway... I always roll real dice since it costs less and saves time.
Exactly. The dice rolling isn't even done well enough, the animation takes so much time and you cant even roll a new roll until the animation ends. Really puts salt in the wounds that they keep adding dice skins instead of improving the dice system. Where's the subscriber money going to guys?
Yay more....dice. If there was ever a company being lead by the blind. I have never see someone who is so well placed to have created the ultimate ttrpg site just waste the opportunity. Digital dice should never cost money and any graphic designer these days could create them in less than one day. Makes you wonder why people bother to support DND beyond when you can buy the same content from roll20 or foundry and they actually integrate your game into their virtual tabletop.
You're not far off the mark. I wouldn't be surprised if another company does what DNDbeyond says they'll do, but better and with more passion. Doesn't matter that I've spent almost a thousand dollars on this site, I will jump ship.
I really hope it doesn't come to that though. I've been a long time member of DNDBeyond, have convinced around 20+ people that I know IRL to invest in it, and it does more than what other sites do, it just feels like a wasted opportunity that the focus is not being put on the actual tools that people subscribe for it.
hey, at least there's one token "man" on there... not very representative...
