Homebrew Al-Kajima (Half-Genie) Race Details

A man lies injured on the ground, bleeding from the arm after the bar fight. A mysterious figure from the corner steps out and pulls down their hood. A gasp is drawn from the crowd as they see a symbol upon the figure's forehead shine brightly as they speak aloud a foreign word. They quickly step back and observe their work. The injured man now only shows a scar.

A group of bandits surround the merchant traveler. Wearing so many strips of cloth and a strange head dress, the bandits clearly knew he was a traveling spice trader.

"Get back!" He yells as they all converge with their short swords drawn.

All the bandits lie groaning on the ground and covering their ears after the explosive wave of force and sound expanded out from a glowing symbol upon the man's palm.

Outside of their own country and continent they are an uncommon sight. Due to their worship of the elemental Genie Sultans, they say close to their homeland. They bare the characteristic power of the genies with marks given to them at birth. The rest of the world's worship of gods and goddesses has not been accepting of the Al-Kajima. Despite this occasional misunderstanding though they are always cheerful company. Their culture is rich with food, music, dance, and love.

Elemental Bloodline

Al-Kajima come from a long and proud history that has been tied to the Djinn Sultans since prehistory. The only clear definition of their ancient elemental origins lies in their symbolic birth markings. Depending on the specific element from which they derive their lineage they bare a distinct mark. The mark's placement upon their body is uncertain. Some say they are random, but the Al-Kajima insist they reveal destiny. They have a deep brown skin tone due to the desert continent from which they hail. They tend to have a deep dark brown to black hair color.
