Homebrew Alraune Race Details

Deep within the untamed wilds of the world, live the Alraune. At first glance, they seem to be somewhat normal humanoids. However upon further inspection of their physiology, they are revealed to be closer to plants than animals in structure. Even though they walk, talk, eat, and drink like other humanoids, they have no blood and their muscles are actually flexible plant fibres. Alraune lack many of the organs humanoids do, such as a heart or the kidneys, but still retain a stomach, intestines, and brain(although their composition is much different than an animals).

The physical appearance of Alraune can only be described as unique. An Alraune's skin color can be any color that's on the color spectrum, meaning any color. Alraune do have hair and vary widely in terms of color, length, texture, and style. Their eyes are similar to a human's and their eye color is normally determined by skin color.

Alraune are beings of the wild. They can be found wherever nature can not only places like deep forests and humid swamps, but also harsh deserts and frigid tundras where nature endures. They are fond of the wild, but are not bound by it. Alraune have been known to move into urban settings and take on a profession, and others find themselves fueled by adventure and seek new and exciting places.
